What is the 100th model?

This is a top feed airbrush, as opposed to a bottom feed airbrush, in which the paint jar is attached to the airbrush's bottom. Illustration and fine detail work would be done with this model. If you're working on a larger scale, you'll need an airbrush with the paint jar screwed to the bottom, rather than this model. I hope this has been of assistance.

According to the caption, it's a 100lb-weighted object. 6 hours, which I believe is "heavy," but the description says it's a 100 pound bag. This is a medium distance of 6 meters. What's the difference?

It is the heavy, you are correct. The Amazon description (medium) is incorrect.

Mine did. It's a friction cap made of plastic that pushes into the bottle to keep spills at bay.
