Questions & Answers

What is the source of this product?

It is true that the Seeker- China is the country where Boo game is made

For a child who is two years old already knows all her fruits, animals, etc, would this game be too young?

That's not the case, in my opinion. I make up my own rules and games for my granddaughter, even though she knows fruits, animals, etc.. I love that I can make up my own rules and games for her. Almost never do we play in exactly the same way.

The actual size of the cards is what are the measurements?

The size of the cards that the Kids are seeking out is accurately depicted in the picture on the box, but I don't know the exact measurements. In comparison to the child cards, the parent cards are tiny and square-shaped. In comparison to a normal deck of playing cards, the parent cards are much larger.

I am wondering if my granddaughter will still enjoy this game when she is 4 years old, in three months time?

Yes, definitely! We got the box for our 3 year 9 month old son last Christmas, and he still brings it to us every once in a while.

Children's speech and language pathologists will find this a valuable resource
5/5

Working with special needs preschoolers has been my professional focus for the past seven years. It's an amazing game that can be played in so many ways. In addition to the large and bright pictures causing my preschoolers to be drawn to them, I like the way in which they can be placed around the room and the students are able to get up and go look for the larger pictures as soon as they are presented with the smaller ones. There are so many ways in which a tool like this can be utilized. As well as the different categories having different color borders, the different kind of sorting options given in this set are also attractive. It is a great product that is both flexible and versatile. The pictures are also great because most preschool students will be familiar with them.

Children will love playing this game
5/5

Playing this game is a lot of fun and very important. To customize your game, you can pick from a variety of colors, shapes, animals and things. This deck of cards allows you to play many different games. There is a lot of space in the squares, and the round cards are large so you can create another game with it if you want your kids to stand on it.

I played this with my 21 month old and he loved it
5/5

I was looking for "board games" to play with my <2 year old toddlers, and this was the perfect resource. This game is not entirely immune to being bent and mangled. The pieces are made from heavy duty, glossy cardboard. It feels nice to hold, but it can be bent and mangled. Each color is laid out one at a time, run through the deck twice, and then another color is swapped out for it. As they get older, the memory aspect of it will be something we can add to our gameplay, but for now, we are keeping it simple. They love flipping over the big circular cards to find the matching pictures, and we can play it quite a while. I also like that I don't have to chase the kids around the house with the iPad when they are playing this game during a video call with the grandparents since it keeps the kids in a general location.

Play this fun game and learn at the same time
5/5

It's just a click away! Several variations of this game can be used to cater to the needs of children at different learning and developmental stages. Your children will enjoy this game very much. You can play it with a group of children or with just one child, and it is a game of memory and matching. Interacting with it is stimulating and interactive. The development of color association is also evident, as is the expansion of vocabulary and the development of cognitive and motor skills. The game is fun for children as young as seven. My seven year olds enjoyed it just as much as my toddlers, and they often make a contest out of it to see who wins. I have not seen a child disappoint with it, and I think it is a fun game and a great learning tool.

I enjoyed the game very much

Kids under the age of 15 should definitely check it out. This is a great Children as young as 15 months should take advantage of it. Animated cards might be a good start to introduce them to animals and different categories. From there, you could move on to a The kids absolutely love this, so I bought it for my 22 1/2 year old. She uses the cards at her daycare as a way to teach kids how to identify things. Her reaction to finding the right card is priceless. We play with it for hours together and enjoy it immensely. She rarely gets her memory working when I try to play on her skills. This is one you should not miss. It can be easily bent, so this is the only complaint I have here (hence the 4 stars). She had a friend over, so they went crazy. Just a week ago, it was bent and crushed, so it is fractured and broken now. There is no guarantee that I would laminate each and every card.

This is a great vocabulary teaching tool
5/5

A Masters Degree in Speech & Hearing is what I have It is my profession to detect good teaching tools, so I know them when I see them This is a gift I bought for my grandson and we both love I like the size of the cards and the quality of the pictures. My grandson is 15 months old, so I had to modify it for his age and ability level, but so far, he and I are both really enjoying the game. If I were still exploring my options as a speech therapist, I'd definitely choose these for my practice. There's only one thing I would suggest (he likes to crumple the cards and put them in his mouth), make them more durable for younger children. The laminated versions would be the best if I were using these in a therapy session for a long time.

Children can engage their minds in this fun game
5/5

This is a fun game for Since they are essentially flash cards with a heavy gloss, they are not durable enough to withstand rough handling by a I do, however, think that my 2 year old enjoys this game, as she gets very excited when she finds the matching card. I'm sure she'll grow into this and it should provide family fun for years to come. I would definitely buy from them My toddler feels overwhelmed by all of the colors at once, so I recommend only playing one color at a time. Playing all the colors at once (like daddy does) is overwhelming to him.

This is a highly recommended book

'Roll and Play' reminds me of that game, but you match more than you do. Although we haven't played it yet, I believe that our grandson's receptive language will make it possible for him to play it before he is actually able to speak. While it is normal to want to turn all the cards over when starting to play, it is also part of learning how to play. It would be, "Look, you found the shirt! Let's look for the pants!"! It's time to turn over another one! I'm impressed by the quality of the game. Despite the fact that cards are brittle, they are very durable.
