What was described was exactly what happened! You would never be able to tell it had previously been It was in excellent condition and all pieces were Having the addition to our first edition game is a HUGE joy for us.
Thus, I thought I would love to have Scene It 2. In the end, DVV would sometimes freeze in the middle of a question and the kids were very upset. I was able to return it without any problems.
As for the actual pieces, they are cheap white plastic, buzz cards are few and square even though the box cutout and template seem like they are round like the first one, the dvd repeats far too many times, and it is filled with the same chicken little movie way too frequently. If you have both you can see how different they are in quality. The first addition was 5 stars, but when you compare them you can clearly see the difference.
I love the Disney scene in video games, and this one wasn't all that bad game play-wise. The only really bad thing was when they changed the skin color from blue to purple. A disappointing thing was the cheap plastic of the tokens and that instead of 4, it came with only three to choose from. Other than that, the DVDs appeared to be in good shape.
Disney Scene It was our favorite initially, but we played it so much that we started getting the same questions, so when we found this, we couldn't resist getting The newer movies are included in this version as well as the classics. It's a great game for the whole family! In this game, they offer 'Kids' cards and 'Adult' cards, but we didn't think there was any difference with difficulty between the two, just different from the first one.
This game is a hit with us, and we highly recommend it It will be a delight to play it with family members when they come A DVD kept restarting itself, but that was the only problem.
My 6 year old got this as a present from us for Christmas. There seems to be a lot of enjoyment between both kids. 3 of our 3 points. He gets into the spirit of playing in a team, even though he is only 5. It's nice to have the option to play the short or long version of the game. The kids will have time to play when it is almost bedtime and it is almost time for them to go to bed. This is a game that even a child can really beat their parents at. As a Disney movie aficionado, she knows her Disney movies better than we do, so she is often quicker than us. Since my kids enjoyed the game so much, we bought it as a gift for some friends.
It arrived as part of my Disney 2nd edition package and it contained the first Disney scene. I'm not happy about this seeing as how it's so close to Christmas. Also, the bar code says the game is 2nd edition Disney scene. My return is in process, and I will not order it again since the price went up.
