Dear Players, It is better to use Dry Erase Markers so that you can erase easily on the mats of your battle games with no ghosting, but if you had the appropriate cleaning solution you could clean wet-erase markers as well. If you want to remove markers, you can use wet-erase markers Take out markers and erase them. I hope you have a great time! I am Tidyboss @ Vicky
Thank you for your question. I will respond to it as soon as possible. As each square is a 1x1 grid, every standard mini for D&ampD has the same grid size I don't believe D will have an issue fitting into the squares. We are happy to help with any other questions you might have, David
So far, none of that has occurred to me. The crease in it is a result of how poorly I stored
I'm here, *br> *br> This Battle Grid Game Mat tube can be used as your carrying case to bring to your D&D game. You'll have no worries about maps getting lost or damaged in D adventures. It's time to play! Posted by Vicky at

You can read more about it here. Rolling a folded-up card into a tube essentially makes them into big, laminated cards. They are hard to work with since they are so stiff. Rather than have them lay flat on their own, their solution is to include edge straighteners, which you place after rolling them out only two edges of the package are covered, leaving the short edges bare, as the four edge straighteners included with the package only cover the two long edges. Although the edges of the bare short edges continue to curl quite significantly, this is particularly noticeable when the edges of the map are in use, and this causes the minis to start falling over, which leads to me having to weight the edges down to make the entire map usable.
That's completely unacceptable in my opinion Isn't it odd that not only do you not provide a solution to your product's obvious deficiency, but you don't provide the entire solution as well? heck am I supposed to do? A bunch of greedy b*******s. These maps should come with six edge straighteners at a minimum In this case, four are used for the long edge and two for the short edge. They should be doing this already, as they are clearly necessary. I find it strange that they do not already, as it seems like a flimsy attempt by the company to keep a few pennies for themselves at the expense of the effectiveness of the product. BS all the way. I would give you another star if you were to include two more straighteners in the pack. My vinyl map is quite a bit nicer than the map you've got, as far as quality goes. This one is also kept in a tube, so when I roll it out, it lays flat and is ready to go, no need to straighten it. The quality of the feel is also nicer and there is more durability. Then, those feel more like glorified posters you'd put on a kindergarten classroom wall, while the mat looks like a proper mat. As for pros, I think everyone has already explained them quite well (though everyone else is being way too lenient with these guys because many haven't used anything better before, they have nothing against which to compare them to). I like the graphics and the fact that they include markers, etc. There are also more walls than a regular vinyl map, so if your pieces fall over, you can use the edges. It's nice to have two sides on each, and the fact that there are three in the box means I can plan out six maps for a session in advance, which is pretty cool. However, I must admit that they are a lot harder to work with than I am * Overall, I feel that I was I think they are pretty good, however the formatting is not intuitive and the company scrimped on the things you need to make all the maps work well. The jerks in this group deserve it. There is no way I would recommend them. It would, I think, be more beneficial to pick up a decent vinyl mat, or at least wait on these until they include everything that the darn things need to work appropriately in the box.
It is of 5 star quality, with only minor imperfections. The edges prefer to not lay flat first and foremost. Although the mats are gorgeous and I intend to buy from them again, the claim that they will "relax" and lay flat is far from true. Mine have been lying flat and pressed by heavy books for 3 weeks and they still curl up. Worth a mention, but not as great as the previous version. I have not tried the markers the set came with, and was surprised to find a set of dice with the set! Upon opening, the paper is rolled up. Feels kind of light and made of cheap plastic if you get what I mean. Aside from the maps being a pleasure to look at, the accessories seem too fancy.
In my opinion, vinyl or neoprene mats are not only more durable but they are also a cheaper alternative. Getting six laminated mats for the price of one vinyl mat is an excellent This mat has 1 inch squares so it makes measuring distances much easier. The prints on the mat are excellent, and they are different from most vinyl mats. Plastic clips hold the mat mostly flat while in use, so the mat seems to lay flat when laid flat. There is a little bit of roll to it, but not as much as a vinyl mat It has a slight curl at the ends, but otherwise it is straight. There is really nothing better than the images -- A wood pattern or a print of an island or beach came to mind, but neither could be found better. As they are very different from each other and yet also very useful for gaming situations, these two components are often used. The product overall is a good value for the price. In spite of the fact that I would rather pay more for a product that has these same prints on vinyl mats, until that is available from the company, this is quite satisfactory.
They have a lot of value for the price, and I use them more than once Even in the absence of the plastic straightening pieces, the edges will still roll. But holding the edges down with a heavy metal d20 or book will keep them from rolling. There is an erasure on the side and some markers included, making them easy to erase. Only thing that I have noticed is that it appears to be separating the corners after some heavy use. Right now, it's not a problem, and I plan to glue the corners back together to see if that helps, but it's still worth the money to buy them. In my opinion, they serve their purpose very well and I am well pleased.
Mats that are solid! It is definitely a different atmosphere when I DM, and I have had mats like these for several years now. The package doesn't include a clip that straightens the mat in ten seconds, but I like that that is part of the package. It is pretty unique to have the beach terrain, but if I need a specific terrain for a campaign that none of the maps include, I usually use the parchment map, which makes my players feel like they are exploring an old scroll of history. You will find it useful if you are like me and want to spice up your.
I like that they are double sided and come with protective tubes, but I wish the mats were The mats are so thin that they bend easily and can get marks easily. We had to use tools to pull out the staples and then cut them off in order to get the tube of mats open. It was stapled shut, so it was insanely hard to Each set comes with three double-sided mats, all of which come with dry erase markers, an.
I have been pleased with how they have held up so far. Set up is easy and once you are done, they can be wiped clean. There is a tube for storing them as well, which is pretty nice. A known downside is that if they are ever creased the lamination may begin to peel or create cracks that won't be as easy to erase, but for the price, I am very satisfied.
Although I haven't used it yet, I received this bundle in the mail today, and I was very pleased with what I saw when I opened it. It is a very large and very detailed set of maps. With this terrain, I can cope with just about any circumstance! In addition, I enjoy playing with the dice that came with them. Although they're merely dark black, the quality is excellent (with the exception of the percentile die, which has white lettering.
