The version I received had only English and was in a yellow box. This isn't to say that the other version isn't here, but you can see it clearly if you look at the photos. There is no difficulty in playing this game. Some people have pointed out that purple cards tend to be easier to obtain. You might want to save the extra roll cards for those occasions when you want to try to obtain purple cards (which require all six.

I had fun playing this My son and grandchildren both enjoy it. I play it with my fun and silly adult son over lunch.
