Reading tutoring is something I do for kids who are failing. They are having difficulty learning sight words ( a large number of them!) Some of the flash cards I looked at claimed to be phonics cards, but they are actually sight words disguised. Reading with old-fashioned books helps a child on his or her way to learning to read It's an old-fashioned way of doing things Simple phonics that has stood the test of time. Thank you. I'm very pleased with these vowel flash cards. The company is great and I will buy more products from them in the future.

Incredible! I am so happy to have found this product! It's been four years since I had a child. Preschool Prep Company products provided her with initial instruction in reading, however such products didn't have enough lessons on vowels and vowel teams, so my early reader has a difficult time learning how to read. In my opinion, these flashcards are a great and welcome addition to These units are very simple to use and even my 9-year-old daughter understood the instructions and lessons from the very start. There is a lot of information on these flashcards, and they are well done. This is a must-read for anyone interested in health and fitness.

My Really Great Reading Lessons are supported by this site. Remediation is a must! As much as I'd like to send all six home for practice at night, I wish I had set that up. Even in one day and with only four cards, I've seen a great response! Ideal for showing the differences between a long vowel sound and a short vowel sound.

You don't need to worry about phonics and some vowels, they take care of that for you! In this set, there is every vowel. There is a lot of weight to the cards. There is nothing I dislike about There is no information regarding the order in which the cards came, and there is no information available regarding other sets of cards All that remains is to complete the sentence. You will find suggestions for sight words, games, reviews, etc. Buy them! My two little ones catch on pretty well to them as I use them to teach them. There are so many good ones out there. I shared them with my sister and also suggested them to other moms.

In terms of quality and size (just like you remember them from school), these flash cards are similar to standard flash cards and are an excellent way to train students' aural abilities. Also included are some tips and some fun games that can be played alone or with other players. For your beginning reader(s), we highly recommend this book.

Using these cards you will learn all the vowel combinations and you will refresh your memory of how complicated our English language can be. Moreover, I love that there are also cards that have words with the same sound even when they are in different vowel combinations and that each card includes a sentence.

Although these cards look good, they may be a little too advanced for my son, so I will keep them for him when he is a bit He is just beginning to blend letters right now, so throwing in the different sounds that vowels make will confuse him. However, he will eventually be at such a level when I'll pull these letters.
