You still run the risk of getting ripped off at $123 even if MSRP is $123
3/5

Before WOTC announced "logistical issues," I preordered this at original listing price and sent a rage to Rudy Floppy Taco Investments. While the frenzy was going on, Amazon Direct was selling them for $169 or $179, I think it was the latter price. The panic was being seized upon! Someone certainly took advantage of it. I would not buy this product, even if it were $123. That would be absurd at $150. However, if you insist on cracking packs to build your collection instead of purchasing singles, then I will see what I can do. There are a lot of rare and mythic cards in this game, along with a few from The List, which are fun to think about playing and to think about but there are not many other cards. In addition, you get a box top! It is impossible to go wrong, is it? It has been predicted that Zendikar Rising's expected value is completely absurd. Approximately two weeks after release, and the expected value of a booster box sealed is $56, is that correct? You are just as likely to receive a fetchland as you are a Battlebond land in the box topper. And the vast majority of the cards in The List are worthless. That adds a mere $10 to the box topper. As a result, the supposed bonuses are greatly overstated due to the poisonous nature of the set. With the price now at $123, I would like to know what your thoughts are. Could you be happy with a box that cost $123 and was filled with four Nissas and four Pathways with extended art foil? Imagine if you had a piece of Omnath and like, fifteen non-related pieces How about if we extended the art Pathways to foil? Due to the fact that $123 is a great price for one foil Pathway, one Omnath, one Nissa, a Crowdland, and a lot of waste draft chaff. For the experience, I'd say Set Boosters are a lot of fun regardless of the set. When you know you are eating close to half of the amount you paid out due to the set being so poor and devoid of value, it truly As it stands, both the Set Boosters for this set and the Booster Boxes on this website are extremely It is hard to recommend either, especially at Amazon's wonderfully inflated prices (They told me that they saved me $23 because of preorder lowest price guarantee, which is very cute, since they certainly didn't if they raised the prices during preorders). The singles are available for purchase. We recommend that you buy playsets of the common and the uncommon! I regret buying $123 at this price If you pay $150 or more, this is a losing proposition you should avoid. It's only a matter of hoping the next set will not be so useless.

Despite being enjoyable, it isn't all that impressive
3/5

There is a greater focus on 'quality' in this product as opposed to 'quantity'. For foil fans, I recommend this instead of a booster, since I only had 24 common foils (20 of them were not uncommon). It was good to get many rares and mythics, I think six or seven It is not uncommon to see 8 and even near playsets with I got just as good a draw as I would have with a draft booster, but why am I paying more for the same thing? I did not get the "list" card I was after but I did get one good one. As for the boost-some red samari brother, one of the other list cards said it was required to have two copies of it. It's not possible to do that in commander, so this is a no-go. Can you tell me why you have this card? Additionally, I did not like all the advertisement cards contained in each It was an insult for someone to pay more for a less useful product in the advertisements.

I'm not confident
3/5

The Zendikar Rising cards were bought for $100, and for the price, they are a good gamble if you want some. Despite this, wizards did not do a good job at mixing these packs. A couple of the 3 rare packs were double rare, but I didn't have a single 4 rare pack. There were five different triplicates of each Approximately 25-35 A few 99) different forms are duplicates, and many more are rares. evaluate that as chaff, especially because commanders remain one of the most popular cards, thus "playsets" of rarities may not be needed. Ultimately, I did get a few of the rares worth $10 or more, as well as one of the better expedition topper cards, making this box "worth buying". I would suggest avoiding the special art cards unless you like that sort of thing if you are looking for game pieces or monetary investment, they are unusable Only one signed book was given to me. There were two cards from "the List" that I would use (and none worth more than $3) in addition to two others that I might not need. As much as I'd like to think that seeing those blasts from the past is exciting, most of them are boring and you can buy them for pennies in a bulk box at your local game store. The foil cards, as well as the alternative or full artwork cards, are largely worthless at the moment because of the current market glut If they are useful for your collector's deck or for your personal use, they are worth the investment. There are no planeswalkers in this area. The marketing for these is one that appeals to people who enjoy cracking packs with more than 12 cards. However, I don't know why those are marketed as fun for people who like to crack packs. I felt like I was watching those 8-card packs from the Homelands era again. Ripped you off? If you don't wind up with 3 Master of Winds or Swarm Shamblers, or similarly strange cards, the possibility of more than 2 rare cards per pack is very cool, in theory at least. In either case. In either case. You can do it, too. The draft boosters seem to be more appealing to me, Then go for it, provided you have a draft box equal to or below it, and you are not drafting because it is a pandemic. charges over $110, then maybe they will be able to charge you. I don't know.

In terms of value, the Zendikar collector boxes still offer the best value
4/5

In terms of value, the Zendikar collector boxes still offer the best value. This was for pure lootbox fun, and I got lucky pulling Prismatic Vista as my top topper, and Cruel Tutor from 'the List'. I did receive a disappointing class pool however, with only two mythics (a Dud, a Drana, and a When you buy a collector box you get 2 toppers and likely 2 more inside the packs. It's also customary for 6 toppers to be included with every box. It would seem like a better deal to get 7 mythics for 2x the price. The conclusion is The loot box is a lot of fun for gambling, and it's a surprisingly affordable price. The collector is the best choice, but if you cannot afford it, maybe a small museum will do.

You get a lot for your money since it's only 86 bucks
5/5

The box I received is good it was worth around 200 with the box top. This is a great value at 86 dollars. I am opening my first set booster set and I must say that this is one of my favorite boxes I have opened. It was enjoyable, but I found commander legends to be too full of In terms of value and excitement of receiving packs, I think set boosters are a better option. Collector boosters may have more flash and value, but their value comes with a high price. This box of cards included some neat 'the list' cards, like Training grounds, that really augmented the value of the collection. I got lucky with the pull for the top box of verdent catacombs (yes, I was the lucky one). My box was awesome - I really enjoyed it The process of opening a pack will always be a gamble, but I think the set boosters make the gamble a little more fun, and the box topper adds a fun touch to a traditional.
