It was not uncommon for me to play with children as young as nine or ten years old. The ability to use some cards and characters may be a problem for them. To begin with, it would be a good idea to explain what some cards do before the first game and play a few practice games so they are familiar with what they will be doing. Played this game with my group for quite a while until someone noticed that the red of the cards was slightly darker than that of the cards without These cards are magic. I contacted the manufacturer, who informed me this was a known printing error. We are now able to distinguish the correct card 99% of the time as a result. After requesting a replacement, they sent me a deck that was non-white, but still has dark After that, I received a new replacement deck as well, and have experienced the same problem. The two blank cards finally became "witch" after I gave up and hand wrote them.
