I usually wear a size 10, but this time I ordered a size 9. 5 because you want your skates to be a little tighter for better balance. They are the perfect size, neither too big nor too small. So, unless you have wide feet or like to wear thick socks, I would recommend a size 8.

The shoe is solid, but it is a little snug. I wear 8. These were a size 5 and were too tight around the foot but not tight enough around the calf. I'm 5'4" and weigh 210 pounds, so these needed to be extra wide, which they were. But I felt like I was going to fall as soon as I bent my knees. I felt shaky standing up because my calf was loose. I'll be back, but these seem like they'd be a good fit for a lot of people, but not for me.

I like how they lace up, but there isn't enough support. I didn't like how my feet hurt on the outside edges, as if the frame on the outside of the skate wasn't providing enough support. Because I was in pain, I had to shorten my skating time.
I'm content, though I do miss my rollerblades; ) Everything was delivered on time and in excellent condition at a reasonable cost.
So far, all I've done is try them on. They made me feel as if I were standing on a bar at first. Then I took the insoles out of my Salomans (which I sadly mourned), and they helped. They're a little tight, and the top of the boot rubs my achilles. There's a lot of room at the ankles/lower calf and not much lateral support, as mentioned by another reviewer. I like to cover a lot of ground, so a good fit is crucial. br>br>On a test tomorrow, we'll see how they work out. br>br>Unfortunately, Saloman has ceased production of skates. They were absolutely fantastic.
They were just delivered today! I've only been skating for about an hour outside, but they're great! I usually wear a size 8 in shoes, so I went with that size. They fit perfectly; I've been wearing thicker hiking socks with them, but I think they'd still fit perfectly with thinner socks. Additionally, it is very simple to loosen. Ensure that the skates are securely fastened. These roller blades have made my life so much easier!.
They were comfortable, smooth, and quick, but they were a little too small for my feet, so I had to return them. I do, however, recommend K2, as I've been using their rollerblades for over 15 years!.
