Because of the uncomfortable fit, I would not purchase this K2 model. After 45 minutes on the street, even with double socks, my sin was raw around my ankles. Different models are available!
They are, in fact, a size 9. Thank you. br>br>

These are far superior. This month, I purchased two new pairs of shoes. I got these along with the 100mm Trio (3 100mm wheels). These, in my opinion, are better for skating around the streets of New York City. At high speeds (I assume? ), the 100mm may be smoother. However, I skate through traffic the majority of the time. The slightly lower center of gravity has a far greater impact than I had anticipated. Because I'm more stable, I feel more comfortable pulling tighter maneuvers, and it's more natural for me to bend my knees and sit a little lower (i. e. In the 80mm, I'm usually faster! )br>br>These are a bargain considering the price. They're *a tad bit smaller than most shoes. If you're on the fence between two sizes, go for the bigger one. Skates do break in, so this only applies to people like me, who have one foot that is almost a 9 and the other that is a solid 8. The skates in size 9 were a perfect fit for me. (My Trio is scheduled to perform at 8:00 p. m. ). It's also possible that a 5 should've been a 9. )br>br>My only gripe, which isn't entirely due to the skates, is that I have flat feet. If any experienced skaters have any pointers here, please let me know. My feet's arches hurt pretty quickly, so the extra room might come in handy if I decide to get insoles or arch support. Is it easier to get rid of it if you put more effort into it? Is it sufficient to use a gel arch insert? KNEES BENT! br>br>Remember, KNEES BENT!.
Skating has been a part of my life since the 1980s. I recall the invention of inline skates. K2 used to make decent skates, but these are a complete embarrassment. At the $150 price point, at the very least. I have a couple of pairs of skates in this price range that are far superior in every way. I'd say these are a good beginner skate, but at $50, they're not worth $150. The softboot is similar to any other soft boot with minimal ankle support, but it just feels so cheap. They have an ashtray smell to them. It's so bad that it's physically impossible to bear. EDIT: (Ordered a pair of Roce's soft boots for $99, and they have the same horrible odor. ) It's something to do with the seller's warehouse, not the skate. The Roces, on the other hand, were even worse skates. Remove yourself from the situation. ) Wheels are a waste of money, and frames are even worse. Ugh. Purchase these items at your own risk. Around this price point, there are plenty of good hard boot skates.
It's soft and pleasant. After reading reviews and debating wheel sizes internally, I decided on these in the hopes of getting a smoother, faster ride than my RB's. This accomplished the objective. They were a little stiff at first, but not painful or restricting in any way; they've since settled in and are a fantastic pair. Because of the larger wheels, I am no longer aware of gaps in the sidewalk, but I am aware of when the ground is severely damaged. These aren't much faster than my other pair, but I believe that with some bearing adjustments, they could be significantly faster. So far, I'm pleased with them and would purchase them again.
Skateboarding is fantastic! Amazon's deicery has completely sucked the last 20 or so packages, which have been pushed back two weeks from their promised next-day delivery date. Why am I renewing my Prime membership? Follow up. br>br> My son finally wore them to the rink because he has a bad toe. in issue. K2 is a fantastic skate company. Perhaps a man defected and was let down by QiC. Returning for a refund in order to purchase a new pair of shoes from a different brand.
The lace is cool because it doesn't require any tying; simply pull and they'll stay put.
This is the worst pair of K2 inline skates I've ever bought. Simply go to Walmart and purchase a pair for $20.
After a few uses, I notice one of the Velcro straps is tearing.
They are a perfect fit for my daughter, and she adores them. She's been circling the house on her skates.
