Questions & Answers

Considering my size is 22 inches and 57 cm, I am not sure whether I should size up or down. In theory, the s/m and the l/xl would both Would you please let me know which I should choose?

A s/m would be a better choice. Technically, I may have been able to go either xs/s or s/m, but I measured exactly at 21 inches. XS/S was my choice and I'm glad I went with it. Despite the two sets of pad provided, it's a good snug fit, yet not tight. You can adjust it nicely with the two sets of padding. I hope this is helpful!

What is the washing process for sweatpads?

So far I have not washed my cards, but I plan on doing so in the future. The washer may not be able to handle them.

If the padding packs out over time then it might be too loose for my kid. The xs/s fits with thicker padding, but if it softens up it will be too small. ?

I haven't compressed either of mine

It is a HY-model Can you tell me how much 809 is? When and how are you going to use it?

When you ask what the "value" is in terms of safety, it is that it has protected my daughter's brain during the A lot of falls as well as a lot of metals! I'm not sure that needs any further clarification since it's used for the same thing as the first one.

I felt the whole shell of the helmet vibrate and absorb the impact as soon as my head hit the pavement
5/5

Before I bought it, I told myself, "I haven't wiped out on a bike since I was 12," so this was a good motivation. I thought "I'm not going to replace her," I said to myself. ago, he told me to buy a new bike since I bike so much. I was glad I listened, because I am so glad it is now my new favorite one. There was a lot of loose gravel around us because the neighborhoods around us were being paved. As I was riding my road bike today, I hit a lip and a few stones, and I My head hit the pavement, and I felt all the shells of the helmet vibrate and absorb the impact. I rarely write reviews, but today I am writing one because I still have a brain to use. Neck pain, head pain, or other problems are not present. The left side of my shoulder and leg were ripped up, but it's nothing compared to the fact that I was still able to ride several miles home with my skull intact. You may need to order the next size up, since it's snug and comfy, but this helmet is highly recommended.

My helmet likely saved my life
5/5

At the very least, it greatly reduced my risk of sustaining A brake failure occurred on an electric skateboard as I was proceeding downhill. had gone far too fast when I realized what was happening, so I tried to sprint out of the situation. The only thing I did was make it about 3 or 4 steps and then I fell. A lot of hard work. To facilitate a roll, I put my hands out, and I did so while BOUNCING my head 3 times on the pavement. Despite the fact I broke my right collarbone (and broke my left thumb), my backside, and my left side, I was left with a broken left thumb, a slightly broken right collarbone, road rash all over my shoulders and hips, and no brain or head injuries. Additionally, there is severe road rash on the helmet's skin because it was hit three times. It's almost certain that this helmet saved me from a TBI and that it may have saved my life. PEOPLE! WEAR A FRIGGIN HELMET! Not looking like a bike helmet, this helmet looks pretty sleek and does not look awkward. The benefit of not having a TBI is well worth the headache. We'd rather have a sweaty encounter than a bloody one. Visit YouTube and type "Session error" into the search bar. It also features "The Moth presents Stephanie Perirolo Electric Skateboards Rise and Risk" and "The Rise and Risk of Electric Skateboards" Take a walk with RJ if you want a dose of reality about how a TBI recovery is like.

WEAR Protect yourself with pads as well! Because I had protective pads on, I didn't have any problems with my elbows or knees. "Slide gloves" were also on my hands, but the gloves aren't made to withstand hard hits, so I broke my thumb, but I got no road rash on my hands.

This is a great choice, but make sure you get the right size! It's amazing how much I love it! This color is just great
5/5

It's very breathable. It's a great pic - you can tell from the color it's very much a Kelly green sweater (my sweater is almost a Kelly Since my head measures 22 inches, this size L/XL initially looked like it would fit my head, but both of the padding wasn't tight enough, so I took off the padding and exchanged it for a size In order to keep the child safe, it is better to fit it snugly. My favorite part about this matte finish is the soft texture. There are some reviews that say it runs small, but just make sure you check the sizing chart and if you're on the cusp like me, you may want to order the smaller size to feel more confident.

I love how cute he is! Helmets like this one are fantastic! I love the way this one shines, it's really comfortable, and its so cute too
4/5

If you see the black spot on the yellow in the photo, that is from just one bump on the glitter. I did mod podge over the glitter rainbow to prevent it from flaking off. Because I properly sealed it, I haven't had that issue in the past.

It's cool, but I can't fit my giant head in it because it's not big enough
3/5

With giant hair and a giant head, I'm extremely lucky I have a head about the size of a potato measuring 25 inches and this helmet does not fit well. This product wasn't the correct size once I'd measured my head, which is my fault! It will still be useful for my brother when he goes ice I like the helmet a lot. Nevertheless, they are not big enough for us, since our head size is 8 1/2. Any suggestions would be appreciated since I have had no luck finding a helmet that fits properly.

This is perfect
5/5

There are exactly 22 atoms in my head. At the end of a S/M and the beginning of a L/XL, this size is approximately 5 inches in diameter. If you're on the fence between sizes, go for the smaller one. It has extra padding that I don't think you'll use since it's snug already, but if you're right on the line, go for the smaller one. Triple 8 helmets are great! I have used them in the past and I recommend them! It has durable construction and is excellent at protecting your brain, but it is also comfortable enough to wear for hours without discomfort.

Made with low quality materials at a low price
3/5

As a result of the padding in this helmet (where the padding is placed), this makes it uncomfortable to wear. It is my son's 12th birthday and he is suffering from Prior to purchasing this one, I gave him a triple 8 helmet. His helmet was great for 2 years. Apparently, they are no longer made for a fair price. The padding fell out after I took the helmet off, I had to glue it back in once it had been detached for 2 weeks. This is the last product I will ever purchase. The $54 I received in the trash after two weeks is very disappointing.

Comfortable and breathable, this helmet is great for riding
4/5

Having suffered a nasty fall and a close call with what looked like a potentially fatal head injury, I decided to invest in this helmet. The sweatsaver liners, which can be removed via Velcro, came with two of it. Each one is different in size, one is larger and one is In the odor territory, it has proven effective to use the Sweatsaver lining, which has so far been comfortable, breathable, and odor-resistant. It has not yet been my experience to wreck in this helmet, but it seems fairly strong, and I am confident that it would perform as expected if I were It may make sense to go for a cheaper price if you think about the price. It is true that there are a few cheaper helmets out there, but that comes with the cost of dual-use The helmet has a certificate of certification. The extra money I paid for a helmet that has passed the necessary tests was well worth it to me. Regardless, this is a terrific, comfortable helmet I would recommend to anyone participating in athletics of any kind The sport of skating is risky.
