Purchasing this for my son in honor of his second birthday was a considerate gift. After 3 weeks, it stopped working. It worked really well for the first 3 weeks, then My call to customer service led to them assisting me with a possible fix. The tool actually works every time, but there are occasions when it doesn't want to go, but after a few minutes of fiddling with it, it starts I like the customer service, but I don't like the product.

This tractor and trailer was a Christmas gift for our almost 4-year-old grandson, who was SO excited to receive them! the platform stopped moving after he rode it a second time. A fully charged battery, an MP3 player, and the headlights were all working. No matter what I tried, it would not work. The steps to troubleshooting listed in the manual have been completed by my husband. The seller in China has been contacted by Amazon and my questions have been directed to him. Within seconds, the seller responded that they would ship replacement parts from their warehouse in the US. Despite waiting for 2 weeks, I did not receive any response. My next step was to contact the seller and Amazon once A refund then arrived after a further two weeks. We were so disappointed when our grandson asked if it was fixed that he cried every time. Reviews elsewhere say this is a great product, so I guess we just bought a dud. It is disappointing to all of us!.

It has so far been The remote control is best invention ever because you can sit on the deck while drinking a beer and driving a brat around the back yard. There is no way I'm giving up this one. An update - Upon receiving the new parts, it worked again for about a month at first, but then it stopped A second email was ignored by the company, so I sent a third email and still nothing happened. A better tractor was eventually bought from a different company after the first one broke down.
Update - Having said that, they are sending me a replacement gear, which I will update when I receive I thought this little tractor was great for about 3 weeks, then it broke down. I got it for my two year old son, who loves it and finds it to be the perfect size. However, after three weeks, suddenly the radio stopped working because one of the gears had broken? Since my son weighs only 28 pounds, I don't think his weight played a role in this situation. Upon contacting the seller, they insisted we send them pictures before they could replace the parts? What's the best way to take a picture of the broken radio to prove it stopped It would not be a good idea to recommend this company or product.

You can connect your phone via Bluetooth and play music through it, and it sounds like an old tractor starting up. Although the tractor was a bit difficult to assemble, we were able to do it, and though we never used the remote control, my son loved it right from the start. It has a fun tractor sound when it starts up and the music it plays is wonderful. While the Bluetooth does not reach very far, it works as long as it is There is a good amount of stuff on the trailer, which is attached to the tractor, and the tractor is robust enough to pull a significant I have a major complaint about the longevity of the product. I stopped being able to use my gas pedal after only a few months. It took the seller only a few days to send a replacement switch, which helped for a bit before another issue emerged. We have had the truck for 5 months, and the reverse gear doesn't work, and the power doesn't come on half the time when we turn it on. Whether it will work or not is very hit and miss. The fact that it works less well than it should is very disappointing, as it's a great idea and my son loves it, but it's so sad that it isn't more reliable. It's also kind of silly that the horn is there. This squeaky toy squeaks in comparison with the nice tractor sound it makes when it begins, but it seems like an afterthought compared to that.

A friend of mine got it for my son for his So we thought this would be the perfect gift for him, he loves riding on our tractor. It turned out to be right after all! I watched him drive it around our property for hours and hours. I watched my older kids put their rollerblades on and let him pull them. On our property, there are some steep areas where the tractor slows down a bit but always finds its way up. I have not been able to figure out how to use the radio or remote control.
