I bought three of these for my grandchildren's Christmas in 2020. Extra money was paid for a 12V battery that was larger. Only the lights turn on after 18 hours of charging, and the cars barely move for 3 minutes. The batteries in these vehicles were defective and expired, and they were made in China. They don't work in any way. I'm awaiting feedback. This year's Christmas at MeMa's was a disaster. 700 were squandered. 00 US dollars I'll keep you updated as soon as I hear from the seller.

I gave it five stars in my first review. The self-belt, however, broke after only a few uses. I've been cheated. My child is only ten months old. It broke when she attempted to exit. So the toy isn't worth anything unless it's sadly safe for my child. I CHARGED IT AFTER THAT. When I removed it from the charger, it began to run backwards, as if it had been possessed! I switched off the power and walked away. So, how will you handle this, seller?.

Product does not work properly; there is a short somewhere; the first time I moved the joystick, it killed all power to it; I set it a few and tried again with the same results; I've been trying to return this item since the Monday after Christmas; it's a 3rd party from a big one outlet in California; I've sent them 4 emails and set customer service to be sent to voicemail; I've left no response to emails or voicemail; finally, I got Amazon to approve.

DO. purchase this for a son after having used it once, the smell was overwhelming and the wiring came out, so I tried contacting Amazon. They refunded everything for everyone except the seller.

My daughter's first birthday was the occasion for which I purchased this item. The first one was defective, but the seller quickly responded and corrected the problem. I'm glad it worked out in the end because she loves it and I had stickers on hand to personalize it. Without a doubt, it was well worth the money.

My son rides down the sidewalk around the block, despite the fact that it says for indoors. He's two and quickly learned how to use the controls, but I keep the remote with me at all times in case I need to correct his course. This is the 12V version, and the second speed is very useful; we use it indoors on speed 1. The construction and operation are both quite impressive! When you first turn it on, you may not understand what the lady is saying, but I figured it out.
