Questions & Answers
To make the bike look like the picture, it should be assembled as shown. It is important that all fittings are tightened, so that there are no loose parts or rotating parts
It is flat out wrong for the person above to state that the tires are not foam. Tires are not made of plastic, but of hardened foam. A gravel road won't pose any problems for them.
There is a sponge type rubber in the tires, which would allow you to have great traction on wet surfaces. It is not 100% certain since we have not tried it under those conditions. Don't let anything happen to you.
I'm glad to hear from you It is recommended that your weight be no more than 50 pounds
Selected User Reviews For LAVA SPORT Balance Bike - Ultra Lightweight Aluminum - for Toddlers and Kids 2, 3, 4 Year Old
It's pretty obvious to me that this is the brand. There is a good chance that if you are reading reviews, you are serious about buying a balance bike for your child. In doing the research and visiting every website you can imagine, I was sure I made the right decision when I decided to take the plunge on this bike. One of the main selling points was the Aluminum body, and the other two were non-air tires and a padded seat. This bike is unmatched for the price of $50 and I feel it is a better made one too. I am taking the time to write this review for this reason, because everyone needs to know that they don't need to buy a "Strider" for their little ones if they want a quality balance bike. I'm grateful to LAVA for their help! Clearly this is not a cheap sticker. The word "Lava" is silk-screened on the bike. The bike is one that I would recommend to anyone whenever the subject arises.
Assembly only took a few minutes for both bikes, and they were ready to ride. It is not least important that the colors are vibrant, they are just too lovely.
It took me 15 minutes to assemble, is so light my 3 year old can carry it, and seems well designed. kid, who is 30 inches tall, has the seat set as high as it will go, but when she gets too big I expect she will switch to a real bike. Her friend who is smaller 26 inches had trouble, so I quickly lowered the seat so she could ride the bike. The current version is kind of cool, but more polish will be needed before it turns into something she wants to use. Lastly, and no less importantly, she has "fallen" many times and because of the design it's not really like falling from a real bike and I think it would be tough to really be hurt. Just wear a helmet as always.
He's not quite ready to learn this yet. Furthermore, I found that the hubs in the wheels were very rough, and after making some adjustments, I was able to obtain a smoother spin, but this adjustment should be done at the factory since most people either do not have hub wrenches or do not know how to adjust them. The collars on this bike seem to be the wrong size even after cranking down the nut firmly, the bike still moves. I know it's a toddlers bike, but it seems like the one we got didn't come with the right collars. However, it is a very lightweight bike and the saddle height is low, so it is not the best choice for small children. The saddle should be placed in the lowest position due to the seat post coming out of the bottom, which you little one's foot could get caught in a fall. Please remember this if your child is small. My opinion is that the seat post is a bit too Children who need to ride a bike with the saddle in the lowest position are likely too young to do so.
The kids are absolutely in love with A walk in the park is also part of our routine. Because they are so light, it is easy to carry them It was worth the money to purchase them because they are great. It was super cool when their aunt bought them police sirens that they attached to the front of the bikes!.
I bought it for her when she was two. The child is 5 years old. The grandchild. This balance bike has been well used by him from the first day and he is quickly improving his balance and coordination. It is lightweight, has an adjustable seat and puncture-proof This geometry makes it simple to mount, to use his feet and to glide. Although the aluminum frame will be rustproof, it will look good for a very long time. believe this is a great buy, and I know that my grandson may be ready to switch to a regular bike before or just after his third Is a huge hit with him!.
Aside from being lightweight, it has very good durability. In the last few years, the price of a strider bike has more than doubled. I had a bike like it for my older son and was planning to get one for my daughter, but the price has tripled. The price I paid for his was around $40. It is as good as, if not better, than the previous balance bike. It is a good deal. Don't hesitate to purchase It was easy for me and my 6 year old to put together the bike.
