The tires have no air in them. A solid rubber or plastic is used. We bought our daughter the best bike. She has been riding it since she was 18 months old and is now 2 years old. I would recommend it to a toddler 100%
As soon as their balance is in order, you can remove one

This little bike is fantastic! All the reviews on here were correct- it is a great little bike! My four year old took to it right away and loves riding It was not long before he was zipping around the neighbourhood. As a little kid, he had a hard time with a bicycle with training wheels he got as a gift from Walmart (it was a "Planes" themed toddler bike There was a lot of resistance when pedaling. I wasn't happy with the bike in any way). It just makes sense to use a balance bike as a starter bike. After an individual has masterfully navigated the balance bike, they can quickly transition to a pedal bike.
The one problem I have with this bike is that my son turned wrong the other day, and the stop that prevents excessive turning on the handle bars A plastic wedge is located on the bottom backside of the front fork stem that serves as the 'stop'. As soon as my son turned wrong, the plastic stop wedge broke, causing the handlebars to fly off This caused him to wreck as he turned and kept doing so. As soon as we got back home, I took the forks out, drilled a hole where the plastic stop was supposed to be, screwed a decent size metal screw into the hole, and cut off the backside of the screw so it was flush with The screw now functions as a stop on the forks because I reassembled them. Everything is as it should be again. Adding a metal screw as a 'stop' should prevent the problem from repeating. In my opinion, the original turning stop was not designed to use a lot of plastic. There were far too many flaws in it.
Online sites described what they thought was "the best," and by my research, I came to the conclusion that what was said was logical and A solid foam tire would stay flat despite bumps in the street and air in the tires would absorb bumps. The VELLO tires are made up of foam tires and rubber outer coating. There is no way I can emphasize how wonderful that feature is enough! Snow is a problem for most of the school year, so we only let our students ride inside in our gym. There are many more times that kids fall and get injured on solid foam tires than on rubber covered foam tires when riding this bike. This feature, in my opinion, should be highly emphasized by Aside from the bikes, we have also bought air-tyre bikes. It is a great bike, but it leaves black marks on gym floors. The bike is a great sport bike for children to ride indoors and outdoors, and I would recommend it to any parent.
This is an excellent balance bike. My son also has a strider and he would not share. My three-year-old really enjoys riding this bike. I did not want to spend that much money on it, so I decided to try this one instead. With its wider wheels and smaller circumference, the bike is easier to balance and my daughter is able to go faster. Now my kids fight over who gets to use this bike. They say the seat is much more comfortable than that of the Strider. With such a big price difference, this bike is phenomenal and should be recommended.
This is a better alternative to About four years ago, when my daughter was eight, we started her on a tricycle with training wheels. It took her until the age of 7 for her to learn to ride without them. My daughter is 2 years old so we bought this for her. In a couple of months, she was able to balance with her feet off the ground. She now asks for a bigger bike with pedals at the age of 3 1/2!.
It is a great balance bike for a toddler. I purchased it as a gift for my three-year-old daughter. The average age of the boys is five years old. As my sons grew out of their first balance bike, this was their next purchase. On this thing, they are zooming past us. The bike is of decent quality and we've used it in the park, around the block, and pretty much everywhere else. It is highly recommended that you purchase this.
When she saw this one, she immediately grew more confident and accelerated her pace. There is nothing she doesn't like about You should definitely consider it if you have young children!.
As a kid, he finds watching him ride it fun and he is able to go faster than he could on his normal bike. The bike was easy to assemble and since he is 4 1/2, it allows him to grow with it.
Due to the seat lock and swivel lock being missing we had to return the item. There will hopefully be all the parts in the next one.
