The quality is poor, and the colors don't even match

I like that the helmet can be adjusted in size, which is why we bought this set in the first place, but I'm not overjoyed with the purchase. The helmet isn't even the same color as the other pads, which is one of the first things I noticed. It's a darker blue, which isn't a big deal, but you'd think that when you order something that's supposed to be the same color, you wouldn't get one of the five pieces that's 5 shades darker than the rest, and the other pads are definitely cheap, even though the helmet quality is as good as it needs to be for a 3yo. It's just a piece of super thin plastic attached to the sleeve by four anchors, and while my 3-year-old is only 30 pounds and won't put much stress on the pads if she falls, 10 seconds unattended with my dog or a decent enough fall will shatter the pads.

They're a big hit with my little shredder! Fantastic set; I bought these for my 15-month-old and, while they are clearly designed for a larger child, the adjustability of the straps allowed my little one to fit as well! She was able to move around freely, which gave her the confidence she needed to keep going even when she felt dizzy

I couldn't tell the difference between the knee and elbow pads, and the wrist guards were strange; the helmets, while slightly adjustable, have a round/square shape and were impossible to stabilize; I couldn't tell the difference between the knee and elbow pads, and the wrist guards were bizarre; The wrist straps were extremely tight, but the hand straps were about four times too big. In the end, I had to return them.

The helmet, however, had the opposite directions on it (front with an arrow facing back), making me hesitant to put my faith in it

However, we've been using the set, and it appears to be a good fit for my two-year-old. But he'll be out of there in no time. For the recommended ages, it's a little small.
