Worked perfectly and made my girly girl's green bike more appealing. It would have been impossible if I hadn't looked up how to remove the originals. Using a flathead screwdriver, make space between the bar and the grip. To lubricate, squirt a bunch of hand sanitizer in there (do not use anything greasy or it will never dry and stay lubricated, which will make it difficult to keep the new grip in place). Using sanitizer, work it around until you can get it to work.

It has a very appealing appearance. Getting on was a complete pain. There were probably instructions and a tip on how to install them, so it's my fault that I didn't do any research and instead spent an hour pushing them on with brute force, resulting in two good blisters. On the basis of quality and appearance, I would recommend these. I'd pass if there wasn't a better way than the Neanderthal method to get them on. Especially if your hands are weak, you have very large hands, or you are older. However, there must be a trick or set of instructions that will make the installation much easier than mine.
