My daughter despises tummy time with the zeal of a thousand suns, but now that she can look in the mirror and wonder who that mysterious creature is, she is much more likely to endure the agony of tummy time. The rotating rattle ball is also fantastic. The alternating black and white pattern, as well as the noise, pique her interest. Another victory for diverting baby rage. In conclusion, if your child despises tummy time as much as you do, this is an investment well worth making.
It's not going to work out. It's very easy for him to fall over. A couple of times it has landed on my little one. It's light, so she wasn't hurt, but the fact that it fell is still a concern. The reflection in the mirror is a little wonky and warped, so it doesn't look great. Overall, it was a bad experience.
THE PLASTIC MIRROR IS LIKE A JAIL/FUN HOUSE. BIG TIME DISAPPOINTMENT! So dissatisfied. br>br> This is a stunning design. I like the black and white scheme, but the mirror is of poor quality. The mirror itself is hideous; you can't even see through it because it's so clodymy. This was purchased to replace the one we previously had. Our previous one is incomparable; it's like having a baby who is a mirror and can see into it. THIS PRODUCT APPEARS TO BE FOGGY AND WEIRD JAIL MIRROR PLASTIC. It's a fun house mirror that's the polar opposite of what you'd want in a baby mirror. AS YOU REQUIRE A CLEAR TRUE MIROR FOR THE BABY TO BE ABLE TO SEE THEIR FEATURES.
This mirror, as well as its accessories, are a hit with my baby! Tummy time is much more enjoyable for both of us now that we have a Boppy and a Mirror. As she has grown older (3 months), she has begun to interact with it. The only drawback is the way it opens and closes. It easily collapses on itself when she interacts with it, so I have to reopen the Velcro and prop it up again when she interacts with it. It just doesn't stand up to being touched very well on its own.
Although I understand that it is a baby-safe mirror (hence the plastic), it appears to be poorly constructed. It'll also be unable to stand! My baby seems to knock over the mirror every time she reaches for it!.
It's nice that it's light and easy to move around, but it also means that if the baby (who is a little more clumsy when she tries to play with the attached toys) knocks it over, it'll be a lot easier for her to knock it over. Obviously, I wasn't expecting a real mirror, but the "mirror" is very warped and smudges are difficult to remove.
I wasn't expecting the most beautiful mirror, but it's completely distorted. It distorts your face quite a bitbr>I think baby will think it's silly, just hoping it doesn't scare herbr>Great quality aside from that hopefully it holds up seems a little wobbly but we haven't been able to test it because we bought it early.
