Wooden puzzles like this are nothing more than toys. There are colorful shapes in the numbers that fall out if you try to turn the clock around. This product does not have a stand. Children can eat this because the pieces are small enough to put within their mouths. I would not recommend it.

This is a great puzzle, but pieces get lost

My son is almost 3 and loves to play with His purpose is that I'll be able to help him understand time on it if he eventually gets a chance to use I find it to be well-suited for I made them and they were a big hit, but the little pieces get lost really easy. The numbers are missing half of the time after only a few weeks since I got it. There are a few of them here and there, but I have no idea if this is a good toy for children less than four years of age.
