When she became so excited, she probably started crying. Judy-leaping students were not using their class materials in a proficient way, and their class materials weren't up to par The kids were twice as excited when she got a working clock. The gears rotate as you move the time forward. There is no doubt they will use them for a long time to come in this class. You can never have too many gifts. There was a storage container for each of the clocks, which was individually wrapped.
It was easy to answer questions concerning long hand and short hand on these clocks. In the end, I did not even have to emphasize the second hand, since my kids clearly understood how the minute hand moves the hour hand.
Students can access learning tools on the internet. My virtual students will be able to use these When they were new, they were quite stiff, but as time went on, they became more flexible. The fact that they are geared to students seeing normal hand movements is really great. When they return them in June, we will see how they are. They have all been working so far. I liked the price and the case is handy for storing things.
It was a big disappointment to me that the clocks weren't as nice as those from Judy's. My son and I ended up having to turn the hands on the clock counter clockwise in order to strip the gears so the kids could freely move the hands. The minutes are shown all at once on the clock, which irks me. It is unlikely that I would buy it.
Thank you for such a great product.
These clocks are made of steel and can hold 10,000 lbs of weight. Students will enjoy this clock while they learn about time. Individual clocks and manipulatives are essential for little hands even in covid times. There's no better way to do it.
My kids will each have one to learn the time! Perfect size! I haven't put them together yet but I'm hoping they'll work well!.
I was surprised at how inexpensive it was for a set of that size.
