If Fat Brain won't even exchange a $10 item, how can I count on them to extend the same support to their other products? To manufacture and distribute this item, Fat Brain probably only had to pay less than $5. You may have lost a customer who was about to spend a few hundred dollars on your website for Christmas, but at least you didn't lose your reputation.
My goal was to make this an awesome experience. I didn't think it was a big hit with my one-year-old. After a few weeks, she was just kicking it around a bit before showing any interest.
