Our 18-month-old son is a natural leader. This toy is extremely popular among my son's friends. He experimented with a similar product that only included shapes and quickly grew tired of it. This product gives him a greater challenge in terms of shapes, letters, and numbers!.
It appeals to me because it includes a wide range of items. It's not just about the forms.
This was a gift for a friend's one-year-old baby, and he absolutely adores it.
The best shape sorter on the market! My son, who is two years old, adores it. He understands the basic shapes, but the letters and numbers are a challenge for him.
For my one-year-old, it's a fantastic toy. He enjoys categorizing the various objects.
This kind of block sorting game has been around for a long time. This modern take appeals to me because it is well-designed while maintaining the classic developmental concept. br>br>ABCs, numbers, and Shapes are the three sides of shape sorting. A colorful bead maze is on one side, and a soft insert with four silicone triangle flaps secures the toys inside the cube on the other. To put in or take out the toys, your baby or toddler can reach into this insert. This is far superior to the traditional design, which includes a door that can trap small fingers. Babies can also use this toy to learn how to put toys in and out. This is something that my ten-month-old has begun to do. She's far too young to be sorting the shapes right now, but she'll be able to do so in a few years. br>br>All of the shapes are made of smooth plastic and come in a variety of vibrant colors. br>The color scheme is eye-catching and bright, as well as playful. br>br>Makes a wonderful baby/toddler toy as well as a thoughtful gift. This book comes highly recommended.
For my almost-2-year-old, I've been looking for a shape sorter. year- I'm not sure why, but I'm not a fan of many of the designs. This one is unique in that it has a "soft opening" on one side for retrieving or inserting the shapes. This is more convenient than sliding a panel out, and it's preferable to an opening where the pieces might fall out on their own. It can also be used by small hands. If you want to remove all of the pieces at once, it does take a little longer, but I still like it. br>br>This cube has a few different sides. The only activity that isn't related to shape sorting is the bead maze. Shapes, numbers, and letters (a few of each) make up the rest of the sides. The pieces are made of a hard plastic that has a gleaming finish. My son finds the shape side to be the most straightforward, but he's working on mastering the letters and numbers as well. Each side's pieces correspond to the color of the side, making it easier for them to figure out where they should try to insert a piece. The toy is self-contained. br>br> It's easy to stow away because everything fits inside. My older son enjoys using it from time to time. I'm satisfied with it in general!.
It's one of those "essential" toys, in my opinion, that promotes brain development in a variety of ways. I'm not sure if there is a right or wrong way to make this type of toy, but there are a few things you can do to make it stand out from the crowd, and this one does. br>br>The colors are vibrant and exciting, which will appeal to young children. It's great that it includes number and letter shapes for added educational value. Because the cube and shapes are all smooth, drool is easy to wipe away. The bead maze is a fun addition to the game. But my favorite feature is that there is no trap door that can be pulled off or into which little fingers can be crushed. To get the shapes, you need to put your hand through four silicone triangles. They effectively keep the toys in the box while also making taking them out simple and comfortable. Genius! br>br>This toy has received no complaints. My little one will love it!.
