That would seem to be the case. Considering the material is wood, permanent marker should do the trick.
Yes, the paint did not run on clothes, and after the boys finished, we sprayed a clear finish on and we waited a couple of hours. Our older boys had some paint on their hands which was easily washed off, but I think the paint is acrylic, but they were older and had older boys.

It's a good thing this paint comes off with just a little soap and water, because otherwise my hand built dining room table would have been So just in case anyone was Yes, they will be able to throw this over multiple surfaces and you will be able to grab it. The dog got it on the tile, painted walls, my oak handmade table, their iPad screens, and their tile floors. Fortunately, all was sheared off with minimal effort! The cat still has the bruises on him after bringing a robin through the doggie door and throwing it into bed with me, broken wing and all, at 645 p. m. He is in trouble and is wearing the paint as punishment because he drank too much early in the morning. In any case A cute little wooden car for little fingers to stay busy painting, gluing, and sticking stickers to! The glue works to hold the wheels in place, making this a super fun project! There have been a dozen of them in our home and they're always a hit! I also like the wooden box that they come in because you can use it as a painting The part of the building where the cars stay while they are being painted helps keep the mess contained as much as Oh, and the lids need to be closed tight when you are done using the paints. Otherwise, they will dry out quickly!.
I find this product to be of high quality and cute. This was used with my 3 year old son, who was impatient to wait for things to dry (glue and paint take a while In order to hide the stickers, glue it first, then give it to a child to paint (if it's for a younger child). When the stickers have dried, get them out and do it again.
The deals I see on them usually entice me to buy them. The are great to keep on hand for rainy days, easter baskets, birthdays, etc. This is an excellent independent activity. It takes me just a few minutes to set him up and he begins painting. When the wheels are dry, Dad helps him glue them.
I bought this as a gift for my son, aged six. It was a hit with him. They love that they can create their own toys, can paint them, play with them with their other cars, and that it takes them back to the days of wooden toys! Even today, kids still love to play with This company is keeping tradition alive and I thank them for that!.
This is a great gift for a 3 year old I have a 3 year old who paints on this car every day. The painter can paint more than once. You can put over the stickers. Clothing that is stained by paint will be stained for a long time, so painting in the house with an apron and drop cloth is also an option. Even months later, the boy still plays with the car and asks to paint it On layer #5, I would say. As for the paint, that's different since I threw away the original after the first go, which would make it less appealing to open up after I had left.
The good thing about it is that it is cheap, since it is of poor We had to completely paint over the table as the glue and paint stained it completely. A second problem is that the stickers do not adhere to painted surfaces. Furthermore, the wheels are of no value when they are not kept on.
Wheels are not suited to the product. In the image above, you can clearly see the wheels on one side of the truck do not fit properly since they are not aligned. I was supposed to get it from Santa, but it turned out to be terrible. This is not a worthwhile purchase.
This car was a blast to design for my son. An issue was that one of the wood pieces used to attach the wheel had a deformed edge, making it difficult to keep the wheel attached. The kids enjoyed this project (with a little glue!) but other than that it was a great experience for them.
