Basically, it was the best deal of the year and I couldn't let it slip away. I had purchased an easel (of a different brand) for my nephew a few years earlier and was very disappointed when I saw the chalk board was black plastic and not at all chalk-like. Material that is easy to read and understand. My prior experience with this printer left me a little hesitant to buy another, but I decided to give this one a try and I love it! I found this to be very easy to set up. It's awesome to have a chalkboard. Those magnets to keep the paper in place are exactly the right They are easy for my daughter to remove but are not so light that they can easily be There is a lot of durability in this. As a shorter person, I appreciate that the easel's height can be adjusted, as my daughter can use it to the fullest extent (when other easels are tall, she doesn't reach the top half). I get so much use out of the art easel, and my 3-year-old loves On the other hand, the blue particle board in the middle of the easel leaves us with a concern regarding its durability. On the day after I received it, my three year old daughter put pressure on it (leaned over it to reach for something) and it snapped in two places. I definitely wouldn't consider it In an email to customer service (they only accept emails), they requested pictures. I've since sent them. It is still unclear whether they will send me a replacement part for that part. So far, they have not confirmed if a replacement Should my return request not be granted, I will return the product. I have edited my previous post to mention that your customer service was excellent in that my issue was resolved in a timely manner. Upon receiving a replacement item, they did so on a timely basis, and we were extremely satisfied!.

The star rating for this product is simply not enough. It deserves to get all of the stars, as there are no limits to how many stars it should get. Our 4 year old daughter uses it everyday since she received it as a Christmas gift. The problem is that she wants "easel time" and we basically perform While we are not doing easel time, she still uses it for a variety of purposes. It's hard to resist the chalk board, dry erase board, and pull-down paper, whenever she draws or writes. This is my best Christmas present this year and possibly the best thing I have ever given her in her 4 years of life. I cannot say enough good things about it.

This was easily and quickly put together by us. I believe it will provide a lot of enjoyment for years to come. There is a tray on both sides that can be used as a spill tray I bought some paint cups from Amazon to prove my point. This shelf is a great spot to keep activity sheets, magnetic letters, etc. I bought a much bigger paper roll from Amazon that is compatible with this easel as well. Cups with crayons and chalk are placed in a tray on one side of the board (blackboard).
