Two toddlers had a lot of fun finger painting, and the paint washes off easily.
You'd be better off investing in some good paper and. I would not purchase this item again. Because I work as an artist, I may be more picky than the average parent. The paper is too glossy and has a hard time absorbing liquid. The paint is too watery, which has exacerbated the paper issue. It's better to invest in good paper and make your own finger paints with food coloring.
This paint is fun for my 18-month-old to play with. It's also very easy to clean. I was able to remove it from my rug, dog, walls, and some furniture as well. To clean the paint, I keep a bucket of water and a sponge on hand. My young man could paint on the provided sheets because they were large enough. After sun drying his first painting, I had it framed as well. It's well worth the investment, and it's a fantastic starter kit!.
This Crayola My First Fingerpaint was a lot of fun for me. My one-year-old had no idea what to do with it, so we made a cute little picture of his hands and feet out of it. It's easy to clean and non-toxic, which I appreciate. toxic. I'd make a second order.
In the tub, they were easy to remove from my daughter's skin. There's no need to scrub. It came off after she splashed around. I did, however, wash my hands with soap. br>br>The low star rating is due to two major flaws. The first is: The paper is of poor quality! To begin with, it is folded into quarters. There's no way to smooth it out, so even if a child paints a masterpiece, it'll have fold lines and possibly a hole in the middle because the paper is very weak where it's folded up to a point. My one-year-old daughter was also able to scratch the paper, which tore several times from the wet paint. I understand, it's just paper, but it's not as strong as computer copy paper! The second is: The blue paint has an unpleasant odor to it. I'll probably keep using the paint (because she seemed to enjoy it), but the paper is useless!.
I liked the kit as a whole, but I didn't like how the paper was folded to fit in the box, resulting in creases and folds that made it difficult to frame.
Because the paint is packaged in a tube, it is easy to use. There are no random open containers spilling out because it can be squeezed into the hand. This is fantastic. The paints are also very pigmented, resulting in beautiful paintings. We used the paints' included paper, which was bright and lovely. My son enjoys it as well, and he was able to keep the attention of a hyper 2 year old.
This and another art-related item for my toddler were recently ordered. The other one claimed to be washable but didn't turn out to be. This one, on the other hand, was perfect, as the paint washed right off those tiny hands. I simply used a wet washcloth to clean her hands! It's great that it's got paper in it. I let my daughter paint all over the paper, then cut out hearts from it to use on Father's Day cards after it dried. I'm thinking about doing something similar with birthday cards as well. Definitely a good buy and a fun birthday present for a 1-year-old. year- old!.
