The paint is weatherable and highlights well. It can also be applied over acrylic paint. Thanks a lot
Given that they're powder, I would assume that you take the shelf life of make-up like blushes and eye shadows into consideration. I've had mine for about a year and a half, and they still work just as well as they did on day one.
This stuff is really easy to use, very good, and works very well for in between pigment blending. If you are using a valeijo then I suggest you switch to this one, replace the application sponge with something from the dollar store for make-up, this stuff works great for that.
My doubts about it, since it was a month away when it was purchased and it's been almost two months since then

The following are the items I bought for The building of a 35 scale diorama and model. Set C was initially purchased for use on the diorama shown above, and I was amazed at the range of possibilities, usefulness, ease of application, and realism of these Tamiya weathering sets. This set of weathering has exceeded my expectations, and I now have an exponentially higher skill level when it comes to adding detail to models. Those who are just learning water marking should practice in hidden spots, on test pieces, etc. before applying to items that have been finished. I did not think the applicator included in the order would work well, so I tested it first. Fortunately, the seller handled my order quickly and I received the product well ahead of the estimated delivery date. It is a model that I recommend to all models.
Let me start by saying I am a big fan of Tamiya's It is incredibly important that I rely on the paints they provide, as well as a number of other fantastic products. The current set, however, is the exception. All of these books I received were as hard as rocks, not sure why. While it is said to help to wet things down, this set was not designed to be used wet, instead it should be used dry, since the brush side of the applicator does not function otherwise. In fact, I scraped some of the pigment off the surface with an xacto knife and find that it doesn't adhere to the sponge even after scraping it off. It does not smudge or blend in any way.
THE SAFEST AND BEST WAY TO WEATHER THEM. The hobby of building model cars has always intrigued me. You can find a lot of tips to make your car look rusted online. You can approach it in a different way if you want to- There are tubes. Steel wool is placed inside a jar with white vinegar and Clorox, and you soak it and remove it the next morning. There is a lot of danger in mixing these chemicals and if you have children, you should be extremely careful to prevent them from getting near them. the Tamiya Weathering Master, you do not have to worry about chemicals while doing the job. Aside from that, it also does its job quite well. It is a must-have set if you are into hobby model cars. Therefore, you should stop trying to use those crazy ways they show you inside of you to get what you want There are tubes. It's amazing how cool this is. There are six cases with three in each, so you can weather your car in any way you like. Even though I'm incapable of writing with one hand, I did not waste my time writing this. Nevertheless, I wanted Model builders to know that they were in good hands with this. BUY IT. YOU WON'T INVEST YOUR PENNIES IN OUR PROJECT.
There is no way to describe how well they work. Although the reviews of these products vary, my experience is that they are highly effective in preventing rust. Although I have tried other methods that work okay (like pastel chalks, etc. ), I prefer these individual palettes of colors because of their convenience. Some people have also mentioned buying a cheap makeup kit instead of spending a lot of money for it. Unlike cosmetics, these products do not affect the skin. I know it sounds crazy, but try comparing both images back to back, and you'll see what I mean. I would like to point out one small tip make sure you paint the dull parts first Before using these, apply a matte coat to the model. It will be much easier to stick the pigments and the result will be much After that, you can seal them with another light matte paint coat for a final look.
This is also known as Halloween makeup. Here's a high quality set of weathering pastels for making your builds look wonderful. The price is reasonable if you compare it to the Hobby shop in town that wants $15-20 It costs 18 dollars for just one person. So we're talking about a 90-dollar bill. By brushing on these beautiful colors there is no need to do any painting. You will be able to make realistic engine,
fuel, oil, dirt stains easily. The same goes for the make-up my wife doesn't like anymore, now that she knows I can also use model makeup. I buy artist's pastel sticks cheap at Hobby Lobby stores that I can get anywhere there is a Hobby Lobby.
I have had great success using it. I give it a thumbs This is the first set I've received. On an AT- I am already testing them out The more I use, the more I will add. In the few weeks I've had the shirt, I've tried silver, gray, and gun metal. I am sure you will be able to achieve some amazing results. I would like to experiment with some tans for burns on engine exhaust. Is there anything you can suggest?.
Weathering pigments are available in a wide selection So far we have mostly used "B" and "C" but we'll need a broad selection of pigments to choose from, since we'll select our paints based on the model and type of equipment we use.
The product was excellent. I would buy it Dry brushing with the use of the actual paint is far less wasteful and more convenient than using conventional methods. You might find it a challenge to use the applicator brush if you have larger hands. It was easier for me to use a camel hair paint brush that was longer, medium stiff, especially in hard-to-reach places. Other than that, the only suggestion I would make is to cover the colors you are not using in the compacts, as powder will migrate between them.
