This product works well on the smell of trash, but I am not sure how well raw cookies would work. The bag would not smell at all if it were tied up and placed in the trash can afterwards.

The lid clamps on the back of the bag prevent you from getting the bag fully secured around the top because, as another review stated, there is no way to completely secure the top. Furthermore, even if the trash bags could go around, the flaps would hang over and be visible around the top (there is no way to hide them). In order for this product to function, there needs to be an insert. When you snap it all together, it is impossible to take them apart and put them back together again. This is so that we have to keep it, despite the fact that it is technically.
Putting this together is easy and it's a great trash can for the outdoors.
Rather than a trash can, this looks more like a storage container. The furniture fits right in with it! The order for two was placed. He put it together with the help from our 12 year old daughter. All you need is a snap ring, no tools required.
As I found out after purchasing, I definitely overpaid for this one, about $30 more than Ace was asking for. Moreover, it was about half the size I was expecting, as far as I could tell. The model is crazy light weight as well, so I'll have to weigh it down with bricks on the inside to keep it from blowing away. Despite not having instructions, it assembled easily. I think this trash can looks better than the others you see outside.
This is an excellent value for This was such a hit that we bought one for inside the house and one for outside. There are 8 members of our family, and none of our dogs has been able to knock down this trash can. The type that is not ugly, large enough, and not easily tipped has been elusive to me for years now. For the one we use outside, we had bricks in the bottom so that other animals could not tip it over.
At the end of the day, it's just.
It became tiresome to have to set a 30gal trash bag on the floor to fill it all the way, since the other trash can was so Having left it in the can, I can now dispose of it properly.
