My favorite thing about these deck boxes is how attractive they are. The last two years, I bought one, the first early this year, and this year I bought two more. There was a problem in the packing of the most recent boxes. As a result of the shifting contents and damage to several components, the package was damaged in transit. The Keter Customer Service emailed me to inform me that my order had been placed and I could expect to receive it in 2 to 3 business days There is a 3 week wait. Keter has not responded to my last three emails requesting an update. I have now been waiting for five weeks. The BBB received a number of complaints about this, which is typical of the many complaints found online. You are basically gambling when you order a Keter product that it will arrive undamaged and with all the parts in place. It is best to ignore the instructions in the manual about contacting Keter and instead just return the unit. I am updating My phone call to Keter at six weeks was answered with vague "a few more weeks". In addition, I have received 13 Vine reviews in response to a free product since the first contact. In other words, there is enough inventory to send out free stuff, but not enough to send it to people who actually paid for it. This is awful. The following is an update After 14 weeks of waiting, yesterday I finally received my four replacement corner brackets. If and when I am ever able to get that, who knows. I cannot believe it. It is just utterly I'm beyond frustrated with the rainy season here now that we're well into it. #3 UPDATE I received two metal brackets that bore absolutely no resemblance to the ones that are actually used with this deck box about four months after my initial contact with Keter. In fact, Keter should have resolved this issue long ago based on the fact that they have continued to sell this product. They just had to open one of the full boxes and get the spare parts that way if they were running out of spare parts. However, they opted not to do so. Not only are they questionable when it comes to business ethics, but they are also incompetent.

Despite the fact that it was a 30-minute job, I managed to complete it by myself. The product did not come with any instructions, so I went to the KETER website and found them. Although I had paid $200 for something that is exactly the same on Amazon, I ended up finding it for $125 through a different seller. Make sure you pay attention to the measurements because this is a very large bag. It will fit on my deck since it is large enough.

The company should be avoided at all costs! There is no way they can claim such good reviews when the product they offer is defective and the company won't even honor their warranty. Click here for photos! There is a large gap between the top and bottom which makes it difficult to close. There was no support from the manufacturer for the product, which disappointed me very much. I have not received any responses other than a generic email saying they will contact me when they get the chance. Neither the vendor nor myself have heard from her since then.

The reason I feel confident purchasing from Amazon is due to this. It will not be the last time I order a It is my goal to provide myself with sufficient ingredients to build a sturdy box between the two boxes. It is my pleasure to work with Despite its size and great looks, the Denali 150 Box will not disappoint you. A matching outdoor trash can and a smaller box that can be used as an end table between two outdoor chairs were purchased together (they're both really nice). In addition, I anticipate that the storage box will be sturdy 3 out of 4 panels of the box were cracked, however, and it came kind of beat up. My part is also missing. It will be interesting to see how Keter handles my issue. I called them today and was put on hold for 22 minutes and then disconnected. It was not damaged in any way. I had no problems assembling it. Apparently some people have difficulty reading a blueprint with arrows showing where screws go and need tips on how to put the parts together. Finding a way to align the top rectangular rim with all the sides and corners and then slide it down over top of the top rectangular rim was the most challenging part The top of the box must be secured and solidified. In order to screw in the screws, I used my cordless drill with a very light clutch setting. With so many screws to insert, it went smooth. The box was large enough that I was sitting inside it and screwing the screws in from the top and bottom and even turning around inside it. After assembling the lid with the help of my wife, the entire project took less than an hour. We are going to put the container on our deck to store patio furniture cushions after Our plan is to buy a corn hole game set and to store it there so that we can put six cushions in it. A label on the lid states that it is capable of supporting 600 pounds. The ideal number to sit on it would be two teenage girls or two women of average height. Sitting on it with me and my buddy Bubba wouldn't be a smart idea. The reason for my 4-star rating is solely because of this. Despite Keter's overestimation of the strength of the box, I still believe it has plenty of strength. Including a clasp to keep the lid closed would have been a good addition. The lid of the box features a metal loop, and the front also has a metal loop. It would be possible to lock the box with It has a clasp with a metal ring that attaches to the collar you would use to fasten a dog leash. We are generally pleased because now we can store cushions outside instead of my wife bringing them into the house or stacking them in the garage all the time.
