This is a wonderful set of music. The metal backing of your mnemonic seed is a more convenient option than storing it in a paper note book. A titanium plate, such as this one, is the perfect replacement for the Paper that comes with the Ledger Nano. The Paper isn't safe enough and is too easily damaged, so a titanium plate makes sense. If you want to do this yourself, then of course you can get the tools and plate separately, but why worry about it when you can get a special bundle. A solid 3 or 4 pound hammer gets the job done pretty well despite the fact that stamping the plate isn't very easy. Generally, I find it to be a quality product, and I definitely recommend it to hodlers of cryptos.
I was expecting this to work perfectly. Since both seeds have the outline for the words to be engraved, I like that you have the option to place two seeds on the sheet. As I was punching the pieces, half of them started to warp, making it difficult to get them to lie flat. I think you might want to flip them over every few words you punch and try to flatten them out. While it did not affect the final product in anyway, it did mean that they did not lay flat together when fastened.
It seems the plates are fine, but the numerical punch set came with two 2s and not a single 3, so it will no longer be useful to me. In the time available for returning the set, I did not check the set quickly enough. It appears that this is a very common problem, based upon the reviews I read.
