However, being able to reduce the risk of having everything of value stolen from us is the real key to safety. It would be unreasonable for a burglar who is in a hurry to grab and go to get this safe when it has been bolted to the floor and packed full of stuff. As heavy and awkward as this item is, it would require two people just to get it out of the house after pried it up form the floor etc. Prying the door open does not seem feasible. The door would have to be opened with either a torch or a C4. A safe that is just "unsure" can be a good choice if you are shopping for one. You can buy it right now if you stop looking. If you have a horde of shady family members that take without asking (or if you have a crazy loon who burglarizes your home), 200 dollars or more could save you thousands of dollars. The safe has a cheap handle, a cheap manual lock, and a cheap internal clutch mechanism that fails quickly over time. I bought the safe in June 2017, tested it, programmed it, tested it, bolted it down, tested it, and put valuables inside. The store would not reopen six months later. There is a problem with the solenoid or clutch or lock. There is a case, however, that if you don't open the safe regularly, it freezes (so it has to do with me). The whole scam is a fraud. Initially, they sell faulty products, and then I have to spend all my time fixing and maintaining them. (Over a $200 safe) So I am looking for someone to break into my house at the moment. Replacing the compartment was easy to do once I contacted SentrySafe. A small piece of the safe's door fell off when I opened it. Neither the door nor the frame was secured by more than one bolt. Neither a response nor an acknowledgment have been received from SentrySafe. The competition is something I'm going to look at as I return. The fact that this made it past quality control is a mystery.

A safe will not open even after I enter the correct code after less than a year. Last night we were able to open it after numerous attempts, but today the door won't When you turn the light green you will be able to proceed to open the safe but the handle will not move and the door will not unlatch. it is important for you to be able to open a safe you are storing valuables in, it is best to think about choosing a brand other than Sentry.

There is an indentation on the right rear corner of the safe that is about a thumb deep. It was difficult to get in touch with Sentry customer service. This was something they wanted us to return. Pictures are nice, but without them there is nothing to see! It took someone to help us get it in the house because we are in our 70's. you return it if it weighs 90 pounds plus the packaging, which UPS drivers tell us weighs an additional 100 pounds! I think you got us, Sentry! You spent all that money without being nice about it, and we had to pay for it. The situation is bleak and the situation is better for you. You will not be recommended to me.
