There are no more to it than you see, just I do not like the fact that the rubber is not as thick as the ones from the 70's and that the tops will fold over when not on your legs, but it is not a major issue given the price. In my experience, they are just as useful as muck boots or other similar one hundred dollar boots when feeding horses or working around mud. These are not insulated for cold weather and do not keep your feet dry in the rain. The next time I buy, I'll definitely get it.
My boots ripped at the seams after the second day I used them at work, and they didn't even crack from abuse -- they just tore from my walking! It is the first time I have written a review because I was so disappointed by them. I think this was a very poor film.
Boots of this quality cost too much for boots of such low quality. Spend a little more money on a top quality boot and save yourself some time. of the shoe is narrower than the foot print, and it is glued on, so it is like a pair of ladies heels. It's a real disappointment, but these rubber boots will come in very handy. It will cost more money to buy a boot of higher quality.
I noticed a leak after I wore them for the first time. As it is, I refuse to buy them again. I already threw them out.
The bottom was flimsy and thin. There was no support for the bottom, so they tore quickly after the first.
