This outfit does not feel tight but is not baggy either. I wear a large, and bought a large.
This is probably an even little too big for you. The height and weight of my husband are 6'2" and 230 pounds, respectively. We had room to spare in an XL, but not enough in an XXL

In the summer, the XXXL was looser for air circulation, but in the winter it was very weighty for welding. So I ordered this in a XXXL so I could move freely in this jacket and wear a heavier jacket underneath it for cold welding. Despite its light weight, this jacket is made from thick, heavy Within the sleeves and across the shoulders, the shirt would be better if it were lined with something smooth, like nylon or rayon. This is due to the fact that this leather grabs your clothes like a magnet and makes it hard to get Additionally, it might be useful to cut a 4" to 6" slit up the sides so that the bottom snaps won't pop out when you squat or sit. It has snaps for sleeve cuffs, which I find attractive. Despite the fact that there were no pockets for markers of any kind, I was still surprised at it. The heavy leather will provide excellent protection from slag and will also be an asset when it comes to angle grinders. Even without the materials I mentioned previously, it is a great jacket. My welding coat will probably be my last. If the stitching holds, I'll no longer need to buy one. I only wish that they had an apron to match the lower front. If welding were stylish, then our welders would be as well!.
This is a very thick paper. As a consequence, it can also be quite heavy, but that's part of the deal. Protective in a lot of ways. There's only one thing I don't like about this jacket, and it's a minor complaint, and that's the velcro around the collar doesn't work. also like the neck protection but I would rather that the collars snap closed rather than use Velcro because it doesn't work all that well. Snaps would be a better design. Other than that, I highly recommend this jacket for heavy industrial and structural welding such as dual shielding and stick shielding. The jacket does not need to be Mig or Tig to be used. Look for another jacket. It works great with SMAW FCAW. It is overkill/not necessary to use MIG TIG. You're doing a great job.
I think the jacket is well made and true to size. It is very comfortable and secure to wear the neck flap. It is unfortunate that Lincoln does not have adequate quality control. You can see in the picture that there are three male buttons on the In addition to those 3, one of them is a woman who will adjust the sleeves. It'll be used as is and I'll pay out of pocket to have it altered for Monday. Unfortunately, I need to have this for Monday so I'll have to use it as is. It is a shame that Lincoln is so bad at quality control for the price they charge. As soon as Lincoln steps up, I'll update the review.
There is no doubt that a heavy jacket will provide excellent My 16 year old son found it difficult to find a small men's shirt to fit The medium fit pretty well, so we took a chance on it! A little pricey when compared with some other jackets, but it fits well.
My jacket performs well, keeping me from getting any arc burns or spatter burns while welding 10 hours a day. As I am welding, I have to wear a high collar to protect my neck from other welders' arcs. Some of the cons are the sleeves are very wide at the wrist, so the folded and snapped part of the shirt is Additionally, it would have been nice to have some pen pockets on the sleeves as well. This does not have any exterior pockets.
The jacket is very thick and heavy, perfect It can be used overhead and is flexible enough for welding outside of the position. This is a bit heavy for hot weather, but I guess it's what we have to deal with for now if you don't want to get burned. I really like how it fits and how it feels. It is Lincoln's quality that I expect.
That jacket is perfect. The way it should be. I know how heavy it is. There's leather on it! I was expecting it to be heavier, but it is actually lighter than I had anticipated. I was amazed at the fit. Even though I was afraid it would be tight, it fit well and I was amazed at how much movement I could do with my arms. This was the case without any restrictions. My favorite part of this jacket is the collar.
I measured 6'3" and 170 lbs. My sleeves are 3" too short on one side and 2" too short on the other side. Otherwise, L is a good fit for 6'3". The sleeves are so short that even my extra long gloves are leaving skin exposed. So I am adding leather to the sleeves. It probably smells terrible and probably is quite toxic, too, as fire retardant or whatever they use to prevent it from burning or mold will probably be present. For a week I left it out in the sun before I could bear to wear.
