While repairing barb wire fencing, I'd like a pair of gloves that are long enough to protect above my wrist. Is there anything you would recommend?

I don't think these are what you're talking about. It would be best to go with the Tillman 850s

A totally different experience than I had Having worked in Tillman gloves for years, I expected this glove to perform just like the others
3/5

Nothing else is up to par, except for the comfort. It is too thin to be a welding glove. A very poor level of durability is evident. If you don't fill the holes in a week, you'll have a problem. The gloves are not recommended if you do a lot of work with your hands or if you do heavy stick welding. Another pet peeve is not being able to fit the sleeves of my shirt correctly. There is no way I can insert my arm pad.

This is not a pair of welding A pair of gloves such as these would be better suited to Leather is used to make the palm and fingers of the hands

Skin so soft it is almost unnoticeable. Their quality is good, and they feel comfortable on the feet. However, if you need heat protection, then this product is not right for you.

This pair of gloves is great

My father worked in body shops for 37 years. I realize the label says TIG welding, but if you are looking for gloves for MIG welding, spot welding, plasma cutting, or using silica bronze or cutting off wheels, there is a product that is quite good. The plumber told me he loves them and wanted a pair so he wouldn't get burned when soldering.

My opinion is that it would be better if it lasted longer

They were given to my son because he is in welding class at school and uses them almost every day. There wasn't as much life left in them as I thought there would. It's a shame, he really likes them now, and he'll have to replace them in April 2021.

There is a good amount of quality to it, it fits nicely and its As for the quality, the glove is nice, fits well, and is durable
3/5

However, it had a hole in the finger area that was caused by cutting fault, so I had to handsaw it myself to block that hole or else the berries would get inside the glove. This glove is a favorite of mine because it is light, comfortable and easy to use. If they check the gloves before sending them out to the customer next time, I'll be even more pleased.

There will never be anything else I buy
5/5

These are the best gloves I've ever worn for tig. Since I buy nothing else, I've stopped buying anything else. There is a softness about you that you can feel in all you do. The tig finger would be a good addition to it.

It is good that TIG exists

The gloves in this package are decent for the price. The only drawback is the internal seams, which you can feel on the inside.

I loved these gloves so much. I love the inside of the fabric, it's super soft and very easy to move in. The fabric lasted several weeks, which is going to be enough time to handle the sharp parts I encounter every day.
