Could you tell me how much space is available to add items? Does it give you enough room to wear a jacket or sweater?

It is not possible to have a There is nothing you need to worry about in the bag. The truth is, I bought two of them. In addition to the one I keep in my car, I transferred the contents of the other to a larger bag so I could add some more outfits.

Can you tell me the quantity of items in the box? For example, how many IOSAT tabs are there? What's with the food in this pack? I'm not buying it for the food. ?

All items as pictured, except for the two additional packages of iosat tablets which are not included. The following items are required 2 blankets, 2 light sticks, etc.

An emergency bag needs to be packed

My search for the perfect solution ended here. Considering the current state of affairs, you'd never be able to tell when you will need something like this. You may have a reason for doing so. In addition to the Swiss knife, filtered straw and sleeping bag, all I added was a Swiss knife. I really like this.

I think the product can be better for the price

First aid could be better, food rations could be better. Ponchos will tear when you start wearing them. Emergency blankets should be more thick and tough like the tablets it comes with. I won't buy this product again.
