To obtain a 110 volt to 12 volt adapter, you must go to an electrical supply store. They're simple to find.
What exactly do you mean when you say "cut the pressure"? It's a fantastic alternative to the RV pump.
Dusty, this direct-fit replacement pump has replaced my original unit. The threads on the pump are similar to those found on a garden hose. Adaptors of 1/2", 5/8", or even 3/4" could be used, and the tubes could be hose clamped, as I did. For my RV, I needed 1/2". Given the pump's output, it's plenty big. To keep the smell of plastic out of your water, use high-grade clear tubing. I hope this has been of assistance.
the 2008- 554- The amperage requirements for the 144 are higher than those for the 4008. 15 vs 10

I'm on my fifth and have a backup because I don't trust the others. I looked up their working life and was told that three months was not unusual; I wish I knew enough to get a better, more expensive pump, but there doesn't appear to be any assistance available. So, if you're looking for pumps, be careful.
For over two decades, I've relied on Sureflo water pumps. These are excellent value for money water pumps. When my water pump stopped working, I ordered a replacement from Amazon. It arrived in a hurry. I set it up, but it immediately began to leak. I contacted Amazon, who assured me that the supplier would contact me within 48 hours; they did so the next day, and I received a replacement pump two days later. It worked perfectly after I installed it. A hairline crack in the plastic housing was discovered upon closer inspection. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to resolve the issue.
This pump is in good working order; there are no issues with it; however, the shipper delivered it late. I placed an order with these people because the description stated: "Stock Available - Orders placed before 2 p. m. EST on weekdays will receive same-day shipping. " I needed it right away for an upcoming RV trip. I placed my order in the middle of the day on Friday. The tracking number was immediately posted on Monday morning EST, but the first scan from the Post Office near the shipper was not until Monday evening.
This was ordered to replace two leaking water pumps that had occurred in quick succession. Installing was simple (due to the fact that I had so much practice twice in the last 30 days). This one is a lot quieter than the other two. Since I only installed it yesterday, I don't have much else to say. I'll revisit in a month or so to see if any changes are required.
After my first pump, which came with the trailer (2013 Evergreen I-80), arrived in good time, this pump arrived in good time. Go lite) divided into two halves. Brand, voltage, amperage, and model are all compatible. br>br> br>br>The Straight-Line is much quieter than the original. Install was a little difficult because the hoses wouldn't cooperate when connecting to the pump, but with some Teflon tape and pliers, the hoses were attached and no longer leaking. br>br>In terms of performance and operation, the overall impression is positive. The only thing left is to ensure that the pump continues to work. br>br>The price was FAIR at best. br>br>It's still too early for me to give a final verdict or rating, so three stars for now.
This pump has the power and GPM to make your 1/2" pex water system in your RV operate at the same pressure as your home. AND, in our 20 years of boating and RVing, this is the quietest pump we've ever had. It's fantastic when used in conjunction with a small expansion tank.
The item was packaged as expected, including the product manual, and arrived quickly. The only oddity was that the entire interior (motor, plastic bubble wrap, and manual) was wet, as if it had been packaged in the rain. There's no harm in it because it's a water pump; it's just odd.
This replacement pump was the same as the one I had installed in my Geo Pro trailer. It was very simple to switch out because of this. The bad news is that the original pump was fine and did not cause any problems; however, I now have a backup. The noise level of the new pump was very low.
