I've had it for a while and can't remember who made it. The valve has not caused me any problems. It's a tough piece.

It was only recently installed, but it is exactly what we required! Because the water was trickling out and our shower had turned into Niagara Falls, we had removed the regulator from the shower head. This enables us to fine-tune the pressure/flow to our liking!.
Water had a pH of 5. Before you install this, make sure you have at least 5GPM. It dropped to four after installation. 8GPM. Before you buy, keep in mind that even when fully open, this will reduce your water flow. It would be far better to use a ball valve. Also when closed more than 50% the water is rushing through it is very noisy as the water is rushing through it is very noisy as the water is rushing through it is very.
I guess I got one of the bad ones mentioned in the few bad reviews. I assumed they were from DIYers who had installed it incorrectly, but I discounted them because I've done a lot of DIY plumbing, including installing five sinks in my home after having granite countertops installed without a hitch. It leaked the first time I installed it, so I installed it again and it still leaked. When I removed the device and reattached my existing shower head, I got a perfect seal, so the threads are obviously faulty.
Because of the way my shower mixer is set up, I can't adjust the pressure unless it's all cold water, so this little device is ideal. I don't want a cold shower, so this allows me to adjust the temperature and adjust the pressure on this adapter to my liking. It's easy to adjust and there's no resistance when moving the lever; it slides effortlessly, and it's not difficult to set up. The brushed metal finish blends in perfectly with my shower head, and it doesn't even stand out because it appears to be a part of the shower head.
This is the polar opposite: by simply sliding the switch, the water is turned off completely. The gkids will be able to reach it because it is as simple as pie. The water is then released at the same temperature as when it was turned off. We've only used it twice so far, but I'm not going anywhere without one! I'll get a new one if this one ever breaks. I've never spent money like this before. This is a must-have for anyone with a camper shower.
It also has a pipe thread for the shower head, which is a little strange. Unfortunately, most pipes coming out of the wall, such as mine, have a thin wall, and the rubber seal simply slides inside the pipe rather than sealing it. It leaks but works well, as I discovered when I tried it out. All I want is for the leak to stop! I wish they had a pipe thread on both sides, and they should state that they use a non-toxic material. a typical seal So, unless someone has thick-walled, old-fashioned pipe, it'll end up in the trash. I think I gave it a generous rating because it's worthless.
I recently purchased a shower head that is fantastic - Maybe a little bit too much. Because I can't control the water pressure with the shower handle, those jets are on the verge of becoming painful, so I purchased this small controller. It took me only a few minutes to set up (and no tools were required!). ), and what a difference it makes! Now I can adjust the strength and gentleness of the jets as needed while also conserving water. I strongly recommend this product because of its high quality.
It was exactly what I was looking for. Our shower head's flow restrictor was too tight, and when we removed it, we discovered we were running out of hot water far too quickly. This is exactly what we needed. br>br> We can make the flow stronger or weaker, from completely closed to completely open, but we'll mostly keep it in the middle. br>br>It was a breeze to set up; On the female end, there's a gasket to prevent leaks, and on the male end, I used some PTFE tape for good measure. There was no drip at the end of the process, which took only two minutes.
