It is very easy to figure out because you have 4 positions to move the black handle to and they are marked 201,2,3,4 in the picture the top outlet is number 3 and the outlet%
I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't be possible.
The valve is made up of the white hose ends. Be aware that these are low-cost valves that have swelled inside to the point where turning them is difficult. I'm kicking myself for not investing in a higher-quality valve.
No, you'll need to order a 2" valve or use a 2" to 1 1/2 " adapter.

Internally, this valve is limited to 1" as stated by other reviewers. Not suitable for use in a pool or spa, or in any other application requiring true 1. 5" piping.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa The Diverter Valve is the only thing you get. The three hose adapter tips, however, are not included. Every time I read the description, I keep thinking there are three hose adapters coming, but there aren't.
This valve's versatility appeals to me - it can be used in any position. A stopper on the valve seat can prevent one or all of the holes from being blocked. As a result, all three openings can be open, or you can choose to open two of them. Straight across or one of the 90-degree options are available. br>br>To the reviewer who gave us a two-star rating: If your volume requirements are so high, you might want to consider using 2" pipe. 3 is the average. The inside of full throughput way ball valves has a fixed 90 degree angle, limiting your flow options - There can't be a straight line or all three holes can't be open.
It's a well-thought-out function. It does, however, have 1. Fittings with a 5" diameter that can be cut down to 1. As it passed through the diverter chamber, it was either 25" or 1" in diameter. Of course, it still works, but the total flow capacity has been severely reduced.
I understand that the price does not include the items shown in two of the listing photos, but the listing is misleading, given that there are multiple sellers selling the same valve. When I looked at the product and photos, there were other pieces that I needed, which is why I only bought the three-way. Now I must go out and purchase the additional components that I require. You must remove the picture if the other pieces do not come with it.
I can't believe the quality of this product, and even better, the price; I'm using it to connect the filter and the pool heat pump in my pool. The valve is nice and tight, and it keeps water from flowing in the wrong direction. I would buy it again.
Although the outside measures 5 inches, the inside measures. There is a 1. 5 inches on the outside, but only about an inch on the inside. The amount of water that flows will be greatly reduced as a result of this. dont buy.
