The answer is yes if you're talking about the disposable white plastic top that helps rotate and free up the cartridge. The white plastic top comes standard on all Moen cartridges.
I'm not sure if this will work with the Moen Manor Kitchen Faucet.
I have a single handle faucet in a shower that does not have a tub, and it worked perfectly for my repair.
Mine did.

In late July, I bought a cheap cartridge and installed it in my bathroom tub/shower control to replace a 40-year-old cartridge that had nearly frozen in the valve housing. Replacement was back on my "honey do" list five months later. The cartridge in the valve housing had corroded to the point where wife couldn't open it any longer (see photo). This aftermarket replacement valve appears to be made of brass only in part - As a result, corrosion occurs. br>I had just installed an authentic Moen replacement cartridge in another bathroom that I had purchased from a local home improvement store a short time before I installed this cartridge in the tub/shower - It still works flawlessly. It is strongly advised that you spend the extra money; It's possible that cheap can be costly.
My issue was a single-handle shower that had a leaking valve. This item is a perfect replacement for the original Moen 1200 cartridge, but the replacement process is not for the faint of heart; after 40 years of use, my cartridge was solidly stuck. I ended up having to separate the old cartridge into two pieces: The stem was first removed with a standard Moen puller, followed by the cartridge itself, which was removed with a homemade contraption I discovered on YouTube. Cleaning the inside of the valve body before installing the new cartridge is necessary but time consuming. I ended up spending around $100 on tools and parts, as well as going without a shower for several days. It will be much easier if there is a second time. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative The plastic tool that came with the repair kit was useless for removing the old cartridge, but it was necessary for adjusting the new cartridge's position after it was inserted into the valve body. Don't toss it out in a fit of rage.
I suppose I should add my two cents to the discussion. This cartridge is used in 16 showers across two rental properties that I own. I bought a bunch of these to have on hand in case they needed to be replaced. They fit perfectly and appear to be well-made, but I discovered that when it came time to replace them, they were extremely difficult to remove. They corrode just enough to weld themselves in place, as it turns out. Using a puller to remove one of the faucets, I nearly destroyed it. This was not a problem with the original Moen cartridges.
WRONG! It was extremely difficult to turn off the kitchen sink faucet after the installation was completed. It continued to deteriorate, so after six months, I replaced it with the genuine Moen upgrade, despite the fact that it contains plastic. Day and night – This one was discarded in favor of the new replacement, which is a dream.
This is a piece of garbage. I bought the cartridge in January and had it replaced four months later. It would lock in the closed position and take a lot of force to open. I replaced it with an OEM Moen cartridge that is smooth and can be opened and turned with two fingers.

This is a long-lasting Repair Kit for Moen 1200/1200B Brass Stem Cartridge With Retainer Clip that is an original Moen part, not a copy from another manufacturer. In addition, we have a Moen shower. The only one who was stiff was the control (also 32 years old). In addition, we were having an odd problem where the cold water settings on ALL of our faucets started out very hot, and we had to wait for them to cool down! This was a strange situation. br>br>We used the washer replacement kit to replace the tub/shower cartridge, but it still leaked - We were still having issues with "hot water everywhere. " As a result, we placed an order for two of these replacement cartridges at a fantastic price! (BTW: If you have one of these cartridges, it is most likely old and stuck. Obtain a cartridge puller tool from Moen; They are extremely useful. )br>br>The cartridges arrived in two days via Prime, and we turned off the water. the old cartridge was taken out; inserted the new cartridge with the stem notch pointing towards the water spigot (as per the instructions); The water was turned on. It took me ten minutes to complete the task. maybe! br>br>Voila, silky smooth water temperature control. a combination of cold and hot water AND THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH HEATING THE WATER ALL OVER THE PLACE! The hot water in the cartridge appeared to be mixing with the cold water and migrating throughout the house - WIERD! This genuine Moen cartridge part should last another 30 years! br>br> I'm extremely pleased!.
My only complaint is that I'll have to replace one of these every few years as they become stiffer to use and develop drips. Otherwise, they're simple to set up and produce a noticeable difference. When I install a new component, I use silicone dielectric grease.
