It's clean and fast. During the learning curve, there is a slight increase in speed. If you are using a ratcheting pvc cutter, use it as you would one. When you just cut, then the pvc pipe is likely to break. But when you start cutting, make sure you rotate the pipe to make a little groove in the wall. Once you have cut, you can throw very easily. As compared to using a sawzall or a hacksaw, it makes very clean cuts. You don't have to mess with chips. The battery life on this phone is great, no issues there. The only thing I would like is to have 3 inches of cutting range.
