During my original review of this tool, I gave it an overall rating of This driver actually suits my needs quite well. There is only one issue with the magnet on the bit holder, which is very weak. Most of the time, the bit will either stay in the screw or simply fall out. It's so annoying! My response was that Skil saw my review and sent me a message asking me to call their customer service department to resolve the issue.
Apparently, you saw my review and told me to call their customer service department. Scott, the person I spoke to, told me that he would send me a confirmation by email and he will have a replacement driver sent to me soon. This is what occurred to me I'm amazed at how well Skil performed! Here we are 2 weeks after the last email, and no new driver to replace it. The poor customer service provided by SKILS has landed the company one star on this review! ANOTHER thing that I'll be doing this week is printing up the return label and dropping it in the mailbox. A big thanks to Skil!.
