A deal I found on the screw driver enticed me to purchase it. In the back window of the pickup truck, I thought of racking it up like an old shotgun, but it's too big. Cheap and bored were the two factors that prompted me to buy it. Upon receiving it, I had no idea there was a power outage in the neighborhood the night I received it. There was no light in the house and that baby was charging in the wall plug nearby in the pitch black. My kids were screaming in terror, and I grabbed the Black & White to shut them up As Decker ran to the screams, he heard a loud thud. As the flashlight burned in the cold night, it was like a torch of fire. After looking for my kids, I dashed up to see if they were okay. Their screams came from the fact that their Xbox was not working. As I was taking apart the Xbox, I made them watch with the screwdriver.

When you buy the bundle Amazon suggests, you will run into the real issue. There will be no room for them. Then why did Amazon not attempt to rectify this and give an obvious indication of how to prevent this from happening? Comments in the comments section indicate that it has been going on for years. My RYOBI rechargeable screwdriver, which I've had for more than 15 years, died. So I was looking for a replacement (though i'm not a fan of Jeff Bezos' politics). The batteries had finally been able to maintain a charge for approximately 30 seconds before they lost power. I thought I could replace the cells, so I opened it up. I was amazed by the fact that these cells, fifteen years old, were NiCAD C-type cells, but shorter than the size of a standard smartphone There are four cells in this group. (Anyone knows NiCAD cells don't usually last for more than 5 years and these were purchased around *)
So, went shopping on our good friend Amazon and, lo and behold, there are a couple of replacement batteries that are quite affordable. I used to use a RYOBI that had an easy to reach forward and reverse 'trigger', a lock feature that allowed me to use the tool as a manual screwdriver and a torque setting so the driver would 'break' when the torque was reached. *This B&E is for your reference only None of those features are present in D. Furthermore, there was a small charging stand for the old RYOBI, which could be mounted on a wall. There was an indicator light on the charging cradle on which you could see how charging was progressing. **Neither of these features can be found on the black and white version This tool is called a decker. In light of the fact that it took about half an hour to remove this B&G Because I ripped the plastic 'blister pak' packaging from its hard plastic container, the product was bent and damaged. I'm not sure if Amazon will accept it back, but I will contact them and try again. It would be best to find a better cordless screwdriver in my opinion. While looking at this item in Walmart, I wanted to check online if it had a Lithium Ion battery. A quick online search revealed it could be found for much less In terms of regular screwdrivers, this is a very good one. Battery has lithium ion technology, which is good to know. It can be charged, the charge will stay and it will still work when you need it. This way, it won't lose its charge overtime.
