It is my hope that they continue to develop this tool. It is difficult to express how much I value this tool. I cannot think of a better deal at this price. Ratchets with an impact rating of 3/8" are the most popular. I use it every day, and it works great. There are only a few companies that produce impacting ratchets, and their number is hundreds. If they continue to produce these tools, they will keep their place in the business. A number of these will be purchased as presents for family members. In the future, I'm hoping mine will last for a long time. At this price, if it flies off the shelf, I would buy another one.

This unit used to be great, but now it only exhausts air, not turning. I was very disappointed in the tool because its torque was good and its rpm was remarkably fast.

I gave this one star due to obvious reasons, but would be willing to increase it if the item was functional.
