INGERSOLL needs to be contacted directly so that they can ship it to their facility for In my capacity as a mechanic, I used one of our shop's tool reps to handle warranty matters. A card with warranty information should have been included in the package if you don't have that ability. The directions will be given to you once you call the number. Here's hoping you found that helpful.
I am not reacting to anything - The less ratchet (and yes they still have 30ish foot pounds of torque if you're not prepared) means you don't feel as much force at your hand.

Using the head for a short period of time makes the head feel quite hot to the touch. To the touch, it feels almost as if it's on fire. I have not noticed any problems with torque. There is a lot of noise in this area. more than 2 years before the head came loose from the body and was unable to be tightened again.
The spinning thing is really good. It spins quite rapidly compared to what I had Torque is plenty for such a small drive tool as a 1/4-inch drill. This gadget is primarily for 10mm bolts for which my cordless driver cannot fit and which I need a larger ratchet than a hand-ratchet for. Only complaint is that I would prefer a lower setting for adjustable torque. There are still instances when this thing will strip threads when tightening a short bolt. One definitely needs to be careful with this thing.
That is too bad. It was a very useful tool to me. I loved its ability to fit into tight places when it worked. Historically, I was only able to loosen hose clamps when there was a tight spot. A small amount of load was never placed on it. During the last three I can spin it now as if it were working, but if I clamp it or attach it to a bolt, it continues to spin as if it was When I attempt to move the socks, they don't A forward or reverse movement is possible. I had to have it repaired as well, which was quite a hassle.
A 1/4 inch ratchet that fits well in small spaces and offers excellent torque is available. This little ratchet has a strong torque that can strip threads on fasteners and bolts quickly at high RPM speeds. However, it has a motor that spins at high speeds which helps it twist fasteners in place quickly.
Ratchet with a strong grip. The only thing that triggers the reaction is dislike. I can vary the rate of the ratchet by manipulating the trigger, but not as precisely as I can with my other snap-action tool The ratchet can be adjusted. I sometimes find it difficult to reach triggers because my hand is in a space that gets in the way. There might be some issue with how far it sticks out or the overall size of the handle. If you compare this type of ratchet to snap-ons, it is a much more solid one for the price Models are used in simulations. It is a good name for a brand.
I use it every day and it works great.
I love the Compact and light weight design makes it easy to use It is my belief that Ingersoll Rand builds the best air tools on the market. There is no comparison between these and the snapon models, but they are usually close to the same torque output, at a much lower price. The complaints are not valid.
The thought came to me. Such a small thing can have such a powerful effect. The idea that I would get away with not using one didn't interest me The impact extension was well received and a lesson was learned.
