Chicago Pneumatic CP7830Q 3/8-Inch Drive Quiet Air Ratchet

Unlike any other ratchet we have used, this one is just as loud. The unit worked well for a few weeks before it suddenly stopped responding. We were able to get it to work by going back and forth between forward and reverse, but now it just doesn't work. So it looks like I'm out a couple of hundred dollars because we're outside the return period. When I'm ready for another one, I'll get a cheap version.

In my line of work as a professional auto tech, I've been working with tools for over 25 years. I was eager to get it as soon as I saw it.
