Selected User Reviews For Chicago Pneumatic CP7830Q 3/8-Inch Drive Quiet Air Ratchet
Unlike any other ratchet we have used, this one is just as loud. The unit worked well for a few weeks before it suddenly stopped responding. We were able to get it to work by going back and forth between forward and reverse, but now it just doesn't work. So it looks like I'm out a couple of hundred dollars because we're outside the return period. When I'm ready for another one, I'll get a cheap version.
It's the same today as yesterday! I am not the most gentle of mechanics, I do not treat my tools like babies. It's not that I leave them out in the rain to rust away to nothing, but I don't always oil them properly. They fall out of my hands all the time. No matter how many times I drop this thing on the ground, it keeps working perfectly. With tons of torque and a relatively quiet motor, it's a great option. There are a lot of people jealous of me.
In air rachets - The following are character traits of CP Have a look. Products from Good Year are of high quality. My order arrived in Connecticut for the first time in January, a very cold month. I’d like to see the hose uncoil, however it arrived coiled up, please. The way it was was what he wanted. Putting the hose in a warmer inside and allowing it to thaw allowed the hose to become Despite the cold garage temperature, it still works relatively well, but not as well as the SEARS black 3/8 hose I also have. It becomes somewhat rigid, but can be moved around, the fittings are brass, well attached, and it also works There is a 4 star rating but not a 5. The quality is solid but not very good or exceptional. The lettering on the hose looks like it may have been made overseas, as it is not spelled correctly. As well as the air rachet, I ordered a Chicago Pneumatic 3/8" The CP 7830Q has not been released yet. Oh baby, what an incredible day! - I was surprised when I saw this I totally agree! There are a number of types of air rakes, heavy,,used by King Kong Bundy to terrorize auto engines. is built to last, made in Japan (the Jappers do a great job with quality products,. This 1) The finish of this product is far superior to what I've seen for a long time. I like that it comes with a protective plastic cover over the rachet head to prevent knicks and scratches. You can save your hands by holding the handle, since it's rubber. A precision made reverse/forward selector was installed on the top of the rachet. Wow! Oh oh oh oh! A classic rotatable metal noise band is positioned in the middle of the device for noise reduction It doesn't matter what direction you rotate it it will either quiet the rachet or give the user more strength. It is a pure smell of It is not for sissys! Torque is for those who are Yes, yes, yes! As this rachet has excellent reverse power, you can say goodbye to bolt bashers since this rachet can take a bolt out almost as fast as your mother-in-law on a bruise cruise! Using the button lightly and lightly is the best way (its unique feature, you can manage the power. Good to hear! )Um, hey hoppy fans, this torquing is a bit harsh The bolt needs to be put in If there were 10 million people, it would be like this You're too powerful! There is no better way to bring down bolts than with the best! My solution of lightly attaching the small bolts back in, using a 1/4 in rachet on the 10 mill bolts to get good results, and hand tightened at the end was effective. *
**Variations in the rachet when it reverses Can be used on bolts with a larger diameter Rachet, in other words! Strong as in strong! The tool for the professional mechanic is durable and will last a life time! If heavy industrial use is occurring- Take apart once a month Grease is greasy. It is possible to order 3 inner parts that can be inexpensively replaced even under heavy daily use. The pro has that going for them. It is not necessary to order a new wrench. There is no way to squeeze the head into a small, tight space, it's too There is an air rachet with a smaller head you may need for tight areas CP has an air rachet like that A motor with fewer torques. A 33 gallon tank of compressor oil lasted for 8 hours, so the 3/8 air hose did not use up all of the air. This is powerful! Ensure that your fingers never become mangled! If you are in a tight situation, you can control the power! That's really cool! A home owner with a garage, I did not expect the quality of this item to be so high! A great price for such a great product! This is a list of products I have used. However, it's not as good as that! A knock out punch! The wrench is balanced, delivers what it promises, and delivers! Wow, that's impressive Then you must You can hear as if you had a hangover if it were boss calm. This knife comes with a well-made flipout knife that's 4 inches long, a great addition. The answer is yes, I'm bribable! There will be one more CP air wrench on order This one I love! The review on Amazon for this product is for 2 products. Please separate them! Air rachets are far superior products for half the price of typical ones!.
In my line of work as a professional auto tech, I've been working with tools for over 25 years. I was eager to get it as soon as I saw it. I was told that it was rated at 90 feet per second lbs and well constructed. The first thing I do is open her up and oil her. The thing starts running on its own without the need to pull the trigger, as long as it's hooked up to an air line at my shop. Several attempts to unstick the trigger were unsuccessful, so I succeeded in doing so! Since it has sat on the shelf for so long, I think it is just dry. I find that I need to work on a water pump, which prompts me to get this tool. The bolts on the water pump would not even come off, and this is rated at 90 ft lbs, so you'd have no problem! Getting it going takes a lot of help from me and when it does, it turns really slow. It is a bit disappointing that my old 200 dollar air ratchet failed to perform like this brand new piece of junk. Despite its weight, speed, and under power, this thing is heavy, slow, and under powered. Cheap triggers stick and are cheaply made. Get away from this POS as fast as you can.
This air ratchet is great, and we haven't had any problems with it so far. The purchase is very safe, based on my experience.
