Questions & Answers

How will the weapon be? Will it be a Hitachi or Matibo?

An advertisement for a Hitachi can be found here. The Hitachi gun should be delivered to you. As far as I am concerned, this is original Hitachi, but I cannot speak for what other sellers do. It is not appropriate to list the Metabo branded firearms under this category.

Could this nailer be used for installing wood fascia and sofit nails of 1/4" head size?

Fascias and soffit are the places where I use it. In order to use the gun, the nails must be compatible with it. There are a lot of generic brands available nowadays, so you don't have to buy Hitachi brand

If I purchase a Hitachi product from this seller, will the warranty be valid?

I am glad to be of service. We offer a 60 day warranty on all parts and labor. Within 60 days of your purchase, you have an obligation to store your Hitachi products directly with Hitachi for one year. Wishing you all the best for the

What are the available features of this nailer? Will the nailer have ?

I would like to know where I can obtain a I wonder how Hitachi can think they are a premium brand when they don't have yet? There's no way I could have gotten away with it.

Keep your money in your pocket
3/5

The siding nailer was purchased to replace an older Hitachi siding nailer that worked well, but had some worn or broken parts. I rank it at the very bottom of my list of all my bad purchases. I haven't even attached 1000 siding pieces to the wall yet, and already it looks awful. In approximately every third case, a nail is misfit and does not shoot a bullet, leaving a dent in the siding, which then allows for the bullet There are two nails stuck in the chamber today since it double shot. Thus, it received a free trip from the job site to my house. While it may have cost two dollars less, I would not buy another hitachi nailer.

Follow the instructions carefully to get the best use out of the nailer
5/5

The Hitachi NV65H is an upgraded version of the Hitachi NV65. Although I have never owned a siding nailer before many of the features of this model make it easier to use than the older model. There is a switch to switch between one nail per pull and one nail per touch which I have never used before. You have to replace the trigger (needing to be purchased separately) on many other guns. is also equipped with a movable exhaust on the top of the head that you will need to adjust so as not to get hit by compressed air In spite of the fact that the nail coiler is made of a very durable plastic, the gun itself is slim, lightweight and compact. The siding is a large item, so having a hook is very useful, as siding needs to be handled a lot. To adjust nail depth, you need to adjust the gun and oil the gun (no more than five drops at a time). In our experience, that took over 12 practice nails to achieve, but using the guns adjustments is a lot more accurate than just adjusting the compressor's pressure regulator (unless you never let your tank pressure drop Perform your practice nails on a separate mockup of your siding and substrate to ensure that they fit properly. In most cases, siding nails are ringtailed and glued into the siding so that once they are inserted, they cannot be removed without damaging it. Lead nails on the coil need to be inserted into the correct grooves on the feeder because there are several grooves on the feeder. We were so fast with our shooting that I didn't experience any jamming of the wire collated nails even though I had wire collated nails. My helper brought up the siding planks while I moved the Geckos using the Gecko gauges and EZI height gauge (along with a chalk line to stay on the studs) and I completed the install process in no time. put in the same amount of work after measuring and screwing in two hours with the gun and gauges as it took me an entire day. Getting the gun, nails, and gauges for the work on Monday was a breeze thanks to Amazon Prime. When I realized how time-consuming and tedious it was to measure and screw the planks, I enrolled in Amazon Prime and ordered them on Friday. It never occurred to me that I could get free movies by purchasing Prime. I had avoided getting Prime in the past due to the annual fee, but it was worth it for this job.

It is sturdy, light and built well
4/5

I just bought it for tacking up a couple T1-IIs. On a shed, there are 11 sidings. About 1500 nails have been inspected for this review. Bump mode tends to double up on occasion, but it generally works I've also had some jams but I feel like that is inevitable. It's a good product (the lighter weight than its competitors makes it much easier to use on ladders when you're up arms high). A four-star rating due to the (rare) jams and misfires which occurred It would be unfair to give a perfect review if the performance was less than perfect. Although I have a hard time recommending this tool since it's part of these tools.

This is a great tool to keep in my collection and keep that on hand
5/5

In terms of its function, the nail gun lived up to its reputation. Having this in my collection saves me hammering the young studs. Finished nailing my hardwood plank and roof on my shed in no time. the coil of nails was not aligned properly with the receiver of the nail gun head. Granny G, thanks for your kind words.

After buying my Dewalt siding nailer, I am no longer using double fires
4/5

This piece of junk was a waste of time- There is constant firing from the double. This Hitachi is the product I purchased after returning the earlier one. Double shots are no longer allowed. You will never have a perfect gun that will shoot nails consistently, but it isn't likely that you will ever possess a perfect gun that will shoot nails to the proper depth. I'm very happy with how it turned out.

This nailer is top of the line
5/5

I would recommend this nailer to my friends. Buying a duo fast the next day led me to return it since I've tried other brands before and they didn't match this one. Therefore, if you are going to purchase a nailer, you should buy one that will last. This will save you money down the road. I just wanted to let you know that this brand has easy access to nails unlike other brands. I wish you the best of.

I would recommend it to anyone

I like this nailer a lot. The framing gun I previously used for siding became obsolete after I got this one. The worlds differ a great deal. I am so glad that I finally have the right tool.
