It was the one I ordered from Amazon.

Are both a sequence and contact trigger included in the kit?

It was true, but there was a pin missing from the trigger. To make it work, I ripped it out of my old one!

The next nail has to be positioned in position before I shoot it after shooting one or two nails. We are using a coil of wire. ?

You must adjust the height of the coil where it is set. You can move the bottom part of that assembly up or down depending on which gauge of nail you are

Nails are not loaded, nails are bent over, and they are double fired
3/5

Despite my best efforts, this nail gun has given me nothing but problems. The nail gun I am using to install siding on a small barn often drives two nails right after each other when it is being used. When using the gun, you need to squeeze the trigger and hold it until you pull the device away from the surface before letting go, or else it'll shoot another If it does not load the next nail, it does not load it. There are four out of ten times when it does not load up the next nail, so you put the nail on the board, pull the trigger, and the driving rod leaves a big dimple in the It seems that 1 out of 10 times it bends the head of the nail over and pushes it into the As I purchased this when the project started, I let it sit for a few weeks before I started using it, and even though I have used it only a few weeks, I am not allowed to return it. It is the first time that I have been so disappointed by a product. I have a total of six Bostitch nail guns, so I expected them to be of This is not the case!.

I've modified it slightly and it works perfectly now! It was a good decision to buy this nail gun despite some negative reviews
4/5

The gun will shoot nails down to 1 1/2" siding nails and up to 3" framing nails, and I was attracted to that feature. Combined into one (2) item. In an attempt to install some siding on my home, I bought some 1 1/2" nails locally, but when I tried to shoot them, I found my gun didn't feed the nails in succession. After I bought the nails and the gun, I went to the hardware store where I bought the nails (a store that specializes in fasteners and nail guns, not big box stores) to buy a siding nailer that The representatives asked to see the gun, and they immediately realized the problem, even though they did not sell Bostitch products. I am not talking about the gun, but rather According to them, the wire spacing on the nail coil can differ slightly from one nail manufacturer to another. It was solved by grinding down the teeth on the feed pawl of the gun to allow for nails that were out of tolerance. It is standard for nail gun manufacturers to have to do this. Shoots without a hitch now! I have only shot this gun a few times so have no idea about its longevity. Bostitch should have accounted for this variation in nails in the design of the gun and secondly I am not sure of the gun's longevity since I have only shot it a few times. In any case, the gun was fixed at a company in Oklahoma City called Southern Fastener. Great people who gave up their time free of charge!.

Designed a siding system that made the process easy
5/5

As I read reviews on Amazon and bought the Bostitch gun, I was somewhat concerned, but the thought of how it can be used created anxiety for me I was shocked at how disgusting it was to drill and hammer all the siding I had to replace. Thanks for giving me the courage to step out. You can do heavy work with this gun once you figure out what air pressure to use and what depth to set. This is a quick and easy way to get your job done. This gun is amazing and I highly recommend it! Bostitch has created an excellent tool. Thanks!.

The Bostitch experience has been very disappointing

Guns such as this suffer from constant malfunctions It is important to feed your My mistake was not spending a few extra dollars on the Hitachi model. My only hope is to pawn it off to some unsuspecting schmuck since I did not return it when the return period closed. A professional tool like this is NOT intended for use by professionals. As far as I'm concerned, this is the last Bostitch purchase I'll make. The quality of their products has declined significantly. During the last decade, the US government has largely maintained control. Here's the latest Sending a message to DeWalt (Stanley Black & amp Co. When the turn comes It had been estimated that it would take eight days to get in touch with them. We are still waiting for parts one month after waiting for them to work on the issue. What is the reason for a factory service center not having repair parts on hand It's hard to tell which hand will be dealt. Don't rely on your tools to earn a living if you want to survive. Here's the latest A repair order has been sent. It was revealed to me by a representative that the issue is related to the type of oil that is used, which could result in malfunction during winter. After applying a specialized "winter" oil, my gun continues to misfire 30% of the time even in temperatures in the 60s. Not only does this take time away from production, but frequent misfires also leave divots in the wood that need to be removed. In the end, I bought a Hitachi and cut my losses. Would anyone be interested in.

The depth of the adjustment
3/5

This depth adjuster is important for my siding installation, but I cannot get it to work. The phone doesn't ring when I call, and no one answers. The first time I hit it, I got a message on my phone. However, I never heard the I heard the message when I was listening to it. had no idea what he was saying. He had a thick accent and sounded like he was talking fast. I'm a fan of Bostitch products, but I'm not pleased with this situation. This is not a purchase you should make.

It was a good choice
5/5

As a result of reading a few negative reviews, I was uneasy about purchasing this product, but since none of the other siding nailers I know of can handle the 2 3/8" x 0" nail, I decided to test it out. It was specced in my SmartSide LP panels that I would use 133 ring shanks, so I decided to take the risk. It's good to have you join us! My nail gun ran through this guy about 2000 times without any major issues. This book has been very helpful to me.

A tool used for nailing siding
5/5

I'm happy with the way things are going so far! There were no misses in the shakes of 4 squares. Compared to other guns, this one is pretty well built. I think that the old guns were made of more metal in the old days, but now I guess they're made of plastic. The program is easy to use and loads quickly. The nails were easy to set for pressure, which is a bonus, and the depth was consistent.

This is the best ever
5/5

I am 100% satisfied with the purchase I made for my shop remodel. Setting nails to a depth that can be adjusted is great, but it takes a few shots to ensure that depth is set properly. We are in the light! As of yet, there have been no misfires. It should be oiled every time the coils are changed.
