The purpose of this grinder is to grind rust off bodies and do The hobby shop provides projects for the enthusiast. My experience with it has been limited so I can not say for certain yet whether it is good enough to use every day. A flawless performance was delivered. It should not be permitted to use power tools by the few people who say "it was hard to operate the safety throttle. ". I think the complainers may be trying to do too much at once, and they should spit out their gum. very well and has a basic safety feature that eases access to front line action and does not slow down rapid.
A $25 price tag won't break the bank. It's a bit of a hog and "optimistically" rated, but there is value there. A SCFM tool is available for download. Possibly at 30 pounds per square inch
Allegedly it is 0 pounds. A total of six HP.
It looks good and works well, but I am not sure if there is something wrong with its rating if it is this tool or my compressor because they should work together but I can only use this thing for like a minute at a time before I let it catch up with my compressor.
The purpose of my purchase was to replace one I have had for about 20 years. In spite of its good performance, the collet had signs of wear and tear. When my new unit arrived, I was delighted to see that it looked just like my old one and felt just as solid. A safety was built into the handle of the new one, which is, in fact, the only difference between the two. Using a good carbide burr will allow this machine to do a great job of removing metal, but it does require a lot of air to operate. These are great for welds that look With another collet insert, it will accept bits that measure 1/8 inches.
This mini grinder is really nice. It is compact in size. At first I thought it would be difficult to depress the throttle button, but it works fine now. The variable speed is great. It has so far proved to be a good product.
Even with the air pressure well over 90 PSI, they still do not produce any power. A moderate amount of pressure keeps them from stalling. As soon as I received them, I returned them. Money is too valuable to be wasted.
In the end, you get what you pay for, and this is the cheapest price Low RPM applications tend to work well, but at higher speeds the attachment can fly off due to loosening of the head. The head does not come loose immediately although you should prepare for it to come loose over time if you can control the speed.
