Is there anyone who can tell me what this tool does? Is it simple or complex? What is it? Just a screwdriver with a ratchet? In the above description, there is a lack of detail. ?

An angle grinder can't reach these difficult to reach places so this grinding tool is used instead

Does it have a single speed or a variable speed?

My machine burned up after using it twice. It has one speed, and I would not recommend it to anyone. As of yet, I have not replaced it.

If yes, how many batteries come with it? The pictures shows two, does this come with batteries?

Before you write a negative response, know what the tool is for! Variable speeds are not supposed to be used! The tool you use and the discs you use need to be sped up to more than 18000 revolutions per minute! Changing the speed can damage the disc and cause it to fracture and break apart

This is used for a variety of reasons, such as exhaust removal, metal work, etc. Its use ranges considerably beyond what can be described Having finally reached top rpm levels and a cordless motor, they have finally produced the needed high-speed motor. The previous systems used pneumatic lines that were difficult to install due to problems with the air supply.

Batteries do not have to be charged for high RPMs

The one I have is from Home Depot and is terrific for cutting tiles. A weighted base is built with a lever that can be raised or lowered to increase or decrease depth. There are all sorts of cuts that I can do.
