The grinding process of dies requires a great deal All of them need at least three cubic feet of air per minute to operate efficiently. As much as 15 cfm is consumed by some cheap ones
A fair amount of space is taken up by it. An inch is at least what I am seeking. In smaller ports, this can be a bit of a hassle. Despite this, the larger diameter bearings in the extension make it much smoother to operate than the smaller bearings. Unfortunately, it's getting harder and harder to find decent extension die grinders. A small shaft can be found in 3" ones, but the 5" ones do not seem to be available.
Cuts small bolts easily and should work for other small bolts as well. There is, however, a cutting wheel adapter you need to buy.

Having heard such great things about this grinder, I assumed that it would be excellent. The right fit, the right comfort, and the right appearance It had a great finish, and the power available was Sadly, I was unable to hold the bit in the chuck for longer than a minute, and it slipped right My testing of a few of these Blackstone carbide burrs revealed that they are nearly new. I have found that these burrs are working fine in several other grinders, so I am forced to conclude that the tool is the problem. While it would have been great if I could have put several collects in it, I do not plan to mess around with making a brand new tool work with different collects.
My abrasives have been using their products for quite some time and I was curious about this one. This is just as powerful as the big box brands when it comes to the balance and smoothness of operation. In my opinion, its long neck is not only beneficial for its reach, but it serves as a better stabilizer than a normal grinder.
It's amazing how tough this is! It has been 4 years since I purchased this and still works great! My job includes working on heavy equipment and I have to deal with mud rain grit clogged unfiltered air compressors every day. I have tried to kill this thing for weeks with no luck. I ended up buying an air cat that turned out to be twice as expensive and junk within a week, so I'm back to using the.
I think it's an excellent product. It has a lot of power, but it has a very quiet voice. Using wire brushes with it is a great idea. It does not deserve 5 stars because sometimes when you press the trigger, if it comes to a complete stop, the motor gets blocked, so you have to move it by hand. I applied oil to it, but it did not resolve. You won't want to miss the rest!.
I'm impressed with how powerful and workhorse this thing is. It was a great purchase.
I think it's quite good for the price.
