Despite the paddle switch being locked, it does not work. Compared to the locking slide switch, I prefer this style of My grip on the grinder is always comfortable, and I can hold on to the switch in any direction. The grinder stops as soon as I release pressure on the switch.

That's a given. Nevertheless, you may experience a reduction in power at low RPMs.

For polishing and porting parts of the engine, we used this. As we have experienced before, the tool performed really well and I was not bothered by its lack of In my opinion, the paddle mechanism works well and did not cause me any discomfort. While the paddle was not cheap, it was more than worth the extra 30 or so dollars. Despite not being an expert polisher/grinder, I would buy this tool again in the future. I operated it for five hours and it never became hot or tired like that.
It was much better than the old one. It is usually necessary for me to remove the tightening nut when I insert a drill or another tool into the collet because the collet is not high enough or Grease couldn't fix the opening, so I tried putting grease in it. There seems to be some metal in the opening of the collet that needs to be removed. My old one probably ran at a higher speed. did not provide a carrying case for this tool either, as they do for most of their other products.
The unit looks good and I am very happy with it. I purchased it to replace an air-powered grinder. Having been a hobby welder and a pro DIY'er for over three decades, this grinder has proven to be a great asset. It mainly helps me to smooth out welds and make cuts if I need a burr smaller than 1/4 inch. Although I purchased the fixed RPM model, the variable model is available for those who wish to use I can't imagine having to haul around a compressor and hose. The electric die grinder I am using is my first electric tool, so I am unable to compare it to other units but it has been a great tool for.
You should be able to utilize as much power as you need to apply the correct amount of pressure. An easy to use interface. (I wish there was a lock for it. A button on the back of it is similar to Makita's paddle switch angle grinders, but it is probably safer, since it does not, and because the paddle is so large, it was no problem. If it ever breaks, I would absolutely buy it again.
Unlike other die grinders, this one cannot be adjusted for speed. There are no ways to make this Paddle switch die grinder spin slower so the sandpaper rolls do not spin faster. According to the technical information indicated in the description, the fan speed is variable, but it is In my $20 pneumatic die grinder I can produce better results However, you'll need a compressor powerful enough to meet those demands. The 2nd one I have is. It's hard for my 21 gallon 5 hp air compressor to keep up with the pneumatic, so I alternate between the two.
The rust was stripped and the paint was applied. Since I got it, I have abused this thing like no one's business, and it still works fine. This product was used to remove rust and paint from the floorboards of my car as I was refinishing it. The computer has been running until I couldn't touch it because it is so hot. Despite the dust caked on the air intake for the motor, it still works perfectly. Used to grind fiber glass, the grinder has been used to grind a lot of fiber glass. A grinding wheel can certainly cause a nasty cut if you accidentally grind your own wheel.
This is the best tool I have ever used, and it holds up to hours of brutal work. The people who originally rated it poorly perhaps didn't know how to use it or thought it was variable speed, but most die grinders do not have variable speeds. It is common to find die grinders with only one speed. The fast way.
I am a pipe welder, so I needed this to prep the inside of pipes for TIG welding. While this grinder does not have a ton of power, it is definitely enough to perform the task. As a person with large hands, I am glad that I opted for the paddle version of this grinder, since it is much more comfortable to use. I found the tools to be well built and will last a long time if not abused by loading them too much Let the RPMs handle the work for you instead of pushing hard on it) Overall, I am satisfied with this product and would recommend it to colleagues and friends.
